Food was tasty. Service was poor. We dined at 3pm and my husband ordered a drink that didn’t come before the food arrived, so he canceled the drink. Excuse was the “bartender had a rush of drink orders”. I can’t imagine what the service is like when the restaurant is full!

The only reason why the food wasn’t all 5 stars is because the spicy rigatoni dish is so small. All of the other orders were decent sized but the rigatoni was tiny! The service was pretty great, our server just forgot to get us straws. If that’s the worst thing, I am more than happy!

Great service, great food. A little pricey, but that’s to be expected. Love the outdoor seating but the chairs aren’t very comfortable.

The service was terrible our drinks took 20-30 minutes to come out. We ordered one wine, cocktail, and iced tea. Our server seemed like she was training but had no one helping her. She came over with no note pad and rarely came over to see if we wanted to order. We finally asked a host if we could get a server here to order. The “server” came and when we said we wanted to order everything right then and there she said she would be right back… then moments later she comes back with a note pad. She takes our order with another server. Then our appetizers took 20 more minutes to come out. One appetizer was a NO BAKE dish and it took forever!! It was the same experience with our food and it came out cold. Very disappointed as we were all excited to try this new trendy place. I suggest closing and training employees again and do a re opening.

The food was great, service was a little slow, but they have only been open for about a week and a half, I'm pretty sure the speed will increase as time goes by. Portion size was perfect, the prices were about average for a restaurant like this. We are definitely going again. My wife had the salmon and she loved it, i had the spicey rigatoni vodka and it was amazing. We shared a salad and an appetizer, the White Truffle Garlic Bread, was excellent!

My sons took me out for a late combo B-day/Mother's Day. Reservations were hard to get so I thought it would be awesome. Reservations were at 7 pm. 2 dishes we wanted to order (Lasagna and tortellini) we out. Wish the waitress would have told us that when we sat down. The 2 guests who wanted these, quickly had to pick another. We had to ask for bread and water refills. It took an hour before our dinner was served at 8:10 pm. Only update from the waitress was that the kitchen was a little busy and wouldn't be long. She must have made laps serving everyone else and not touching back with us. Granted the food was very good. BUT, I don't think we will be back soon. Will wait until the staff and kitchen are better trained. Customer Service was pretty disappointing.

I have been to NI in a couple other states and was so excited to take my family, I know they have only been open a week or two but I was very very disappointed. Service was sub-par, the waiter came back to our table about 10 minutes after taking our very complicated drink order (water all around) and went oh, I'll grab you some water to start??? Seriously, it felt like we hadn't even talked to him yet. I wanted the Tortolloni and they were out? Keep in mind this was around 5:30 on a Sunday - really? Meals came out one at a time about 10 minutes between first dish delivered to last dish delivered. I'm still a believer in you usually don't start until all the food is served. Lastly it wasn't a very good look that our pizza box was from the restaurant next door.... I'm hoping these are just growing pains but overall very disappointed.

The food tasted of a lesser quality and the amount of food was less. I have eaten at the NI in El Segundo, CA many times. That location offers larger portions and better tasting food. The service was slow. I had high hopes and was sadly disappointed.

We were seated quckly at the time of our reservation. The Food and service was excellent. The manager went table to table to verify each guests experience and needs were being met.
