   Food was. Good and cooked correctly. Our server was great and followed up to make sure we were good.

   This is my favorite restaurant when in SanDiego. Love sitting outside on the deck practically on the water. Beautiful and great food.

   The food was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection. Whenever my foodie family and friends come West, this is a must.

   Was excited to return to The Fish Market, a restaurant I visit whenever I go to San Diego. Under new ownership and there are some changes....got seated overlooking the water which is spectacular. One of the best views in town. We chose this restaurant over Roy's because we remembered how good the sourdough bread was. They have new vendors and sorry to say, not nearly as good. Had the ahi poke appetizer which was OK but not as flavorful as some venues. Relatively small portion of wontons and we added avocado but it was sliced, not made into guac. I had the shrimp and fish gumbo which was very tasty. The key lime pie was also excellent. Felt a little bit rushed but overall a positive experience. Previously, there was killer sushi on the menu but didn't see that this time. Probably will be back...
