   The service was horrible as it took over an hour just to get our edamame Had to ask the manager to help and he was it only not helpful but RUDE! It was Mother’s Day and we left so angry. Food was good but works never recommend! So sad as it could have been a different experience had the manager handled it differently! The reviews online echo what I wrote!

   SLOW service (it took 2 hours get an order to come out), unwelcoming front, unfriendly server, and mediocre food at best.

   It was great but they rushed us out after an hour and a half. Too costly to be rushed like that.

   Best Sushi in all of Fairfield!! It was such a treat! Great service ambiance snd the food was on point! Something for everyone!

   This place is newer and presently very popular. The food is good, but since there is no descriptions of items on the menu, you might not get what you were expecting. The service is very iffy, we often have to ask for items repeatedly. Best to go when it is slower.

   We had a reservation and waited over an hour and there is no where to wait We never got seated and left because there were 30 other parties before us one was waiting almost 2 hours they claimed! It seemed they were letting ride walk ins ahead of people with reservations-I saw a woman say she had no reservation get seated before us ! That’s when we left angry 😡 we never got to ret the food the poor hostess is 17 and had to deal with all these obnoxious people while we stood quietly, but got shoved several times - there isn’t a bar and the two young bartenders were severely overwhelmed as someone who has worked in the restaurant business 26 years, there needs to be more organization and they need to learn to say NO to rude walk ins while people who reserved were waiting hours cold hungry and not even able to get a cocktail smh! Someone needs to change things / for the waiting area - it’s sad we went to Hinoki instead in greenwich where we know the food is the same and there service /food is impeccable

   We enjoyed Sushi Jin. It has a 20-40 year d crowd. Clearly an “In” place. Food was great! It didn’t feel like typical Asian fusion establishment. Instead it was a carefully chosen assortment of the best of each cuisine. You can tell the ingredients are very fresh and great skill in preparation, taste and presentation.

    On par with OKO, wider variety. Will be back! Great drinks and sake variety.
