The Neapolitan style pizza was delicious. We watched our pizza being made and could see intothe oven where it was baked. Staff was friendly, efficient and very proud of their restaurant. Everyone should try CRUST! You'll keep going back.

We loved Crust at their old location and are so glad to see it back. The food is just as good if not better than before. It’s a hidden Lex gem!

"Back & Better" we like to say! We agree though, our old location and food was amazing, but our new location, Crust Crew, and new food menu has carried on the torch!

The food was delicious and the pizza crust is amazing! Our server seemed preoccupied, and possibly overwhelmed with our tables, but drink refills should be a top priority and not something a patron should have to repeatedly ask for. Fair service results in a less than ideal dining experience.

We’ve dined at Crust three times now, and tried several different offerings. The blue cheese, apple, and avocado salad is delicious! Crisp and tangy! The fire roasted pizza is outstanding! Highly recommend. The bread and three dips appetizer is good, but there is way more dip than bread. I don’t know if bread is offered after the first small piece is eaten. We’ve tried several different pasta entrees, and though perfectly cooked, they are INCREDIBLY salty. Maybe there could be a low sodium sauce available for those watching their intake. Finally, we tried the gelato and enjoyed every bite. All in all, a gracious staff, a varied menu, and good value for an evening out. But please, consider a less salty alternative in the future.

The food was absolutely delicious. Service was average although friendly. Drink service was slow. Charcuterie board came out before the drinks. Charcuterie board came with two slices of bread. When we requested more, we were told that each slice of bread would cost one dollar.

Our pizza was badly burned - black all the way around the crust. Every mouthful tasted like charcoal. This was not artfully wood-fired, delicately charred pizza -it was burned awfully. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see any other diners’ food so assumed this was just the way it was served there. I had to remove the entire cornicione, which was inedible, leaving only the small inner part with its skimpy toppings. Our server was friendly and efficient, but removed a plate piled with black burned crusts without a comment. On our way out we finally saw other tables eating pizzas with beautiful golden crusts, spotted with dark brown charred spots. Our meal was ruined, served anyway, and was almost completely inedible. Obviously neither the kitchen nor the waitstaff takes any pride in the product. This restaurant should change its name.
