Food was excellent. We had the bread (4/5), salmon crudo (5/5), caesar salad (4/5), veal (5/5), and a pasta (4 or 5/5). We also had pineapple upside down cake (4/5) and creme brulee (4/5). The cocktails were really good and the wine list reasonable. Also, while we didnt sit in a private dining room I really like how theirs is set up - where it is adjacent to the bar so you are in the action. We will definitely return.

Arguably one of the best meals I’ve had in Austin. First impressions walking in; the restaurant itself is STUNNING. The attention to detail that went into the design is impeccable. I had a few cocktails, but the star of the show was the dangerous woman. The salt air that the drink is topped with was such a pleasant surprise & really balanced out the sweetness of the cocktail. We started out with the beef tartare, salt & pepper lobster, and the rolls. Both the tartare and the lobster were so flavorful and the rolls are not to be missed. The broth that the lobster tails sat in was the perfect accompaniment to them. No joke I would eat it with a spoon on its own. My best friend got the Wellington for her entree & I got the filet. Both were delicious & cooked to perfection. We split the mac & cheese and the mousseline potatoes with our entrees & let me tell you; the mac was the star of the show. Perfect crust and creaminess. Adding the Kimberly to my rotation of favorite restaurants in the city

Everything from the food to service was exceptional!!! We came for dinner last night in support of the Texas Hill Country Relief event. Our server Brian was extremely attentive and recommended all the best menu items! The highlight of my night had to be the Beef Wellington. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu! Definitely going to be a new go-to spot and will be back soon.

Fantastic spot. Loved the vibe and the decor. Chill and stylish without trying too hard. The volume was perfect for conversation, kind of soft and muffled in the best way. The colors made it feel super calm and comfortable. Service was amazing, and the food totally delivered. Great location too. Feels like they’re about to take over Austin’s fine dining scene. So good. Definitely the place to be. Congrats to another amazing concept of Chef Carver and team and… ultimately to his muse Kimberly 🦋🧡

One of the best dinners out in recent memory. The ribeye was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The macaroni is a can’t miss. Pasta was perfection. All the sides were exceptional. Our som/server was phenomenal. Wines by the glass were perfectly curated. Vibe was great. Will 100% be coming here often.

Great atmosphere & vibe. The menu covered all the bases. Want something light, refreshing and seasonal? ☑️. Want something decadent and rich? ☑️. Fresh seafood? ☑️ Well prepared steaks? ☑️. Excellent cocktails and wine list? ☑️ The service and hospitality are top notch. This place will certainly be added to the rotation.

Had an amazing time at the Kimberly! I sat at the bar and the entire bar team was so sweet and really interactive with all the guests! Jessi is amazing! I love the concept of the restaurant and I can’t wait to visit again. The salt air on the dangerous woman is like nothing I’ve ever had! From beginning of service to the end I was blown out the water.

For only being open about a week, the service was impressive and clearly has even more potential to grow. The food was outstanding—hands down the best Beef Wellington I’ve had. Our waiter was fantastic and really made the experience enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back!
