I hesitate to give a new restaurant a low rating, but I have to be honest—there's just too much going wrong here. The service and food took over an hour to arrive. The presentation of the egg rolls was odd; they arrived on a plate drenched in grease. It’s clear they haven't mastered service or presentation of food. While we were still eating, three staff members were busy bussing tables. At first, I thought one of the young ladies was a homeless person asking for help, but she was actually asking for our plates. It seems they don’t have enough plates or silverware, as we were given cheap forks that looked like something from a convenience store. Another major issue is the entry through a back door. This creates a significant security and safety concern. Customers should only enter from the front. The constant opening and closing of that door was very distracting and could allow anyone, whether well-intentioned or not, to access the restaurant. Additionally, the waitresses had excessively long hair that touches the table and food when they lean. It was not tied back, and I’ve never been to a restaurant where the staff wasn’t required to have their hair tied back. On a positive note, the oxtail rice was delicious, but the oxtails themselves were bland. I couldn't believe they didn't use the sauce from the egg rolls to enhance the flavor of the oxtails. Although the oxtails were tender, they lacked the authentic Caribbean flavor we expected. When we asked for the sauce from the egg rolls, we were told they had run out. As for the music, the DJ seemed to only play Beyoncé—literally her entire catalog! It became overwhelming, and I was ready to leave. I’ll give this restaurant another chance in a few months to see if things improve; if not, I wish them good luck. We spent over $200, and it just wasn't worth it.

Macaroni was bland and the grilled catfish could’ve been more tasteful as well. The salmon had no flavor and the callaloo had no flavor had to add Pepper,salt and hot sauce to enjoy but that’s just my opinion. Great service just need some more flavor as far as seasonings

The service was terrible. I was seated for almost 40 minutes before the food and drinks came. The jerk lobster was terrible; too salty. I had to send it back. The wait staff was very slow and inattentive. Terrible experience.

Food was good but service this time around was terrible!!! Our waiter kept forgetting stuff and the food took a long time to come out.. I would go back but won’t be anytime soon..

Had a reservation for 2 for 8pm, got to the restaurant 10 minutes before hand and still had my wait 20 minutes for a table. Then was asked to sit at the only table in the middle of the walkway, which ended up not even having a server associated with the table. We then asked to switch to a booth and were told booths are for larger parties, to then see 3 parties of 2 be sat at booths. Once our drinks were ordered, took them 20 minutes and asking another server to check on them. It took our food over an hour to come out and it still came out cold. Truly horrible experience.

The service was not good too many waiters and not sitting customers correctly. They set myself and can’t a table and never sent out to give water or nothing. My drink at the bar was good the bartender the french guy mixed me and it was the best. Overall I don’t think I I would go back.
