   The special roll of the day -a spicy tuna roll was excellent! The crispy rice was the “ just right “starter and outstanding to wrap up after a few rolls at the table as well!

   Good local secret spot. Seatings is slim inside if you have a group bigger than 2.. book ahead

   Only issue was ordering food and waitress forgot to deliver some of it We were two of four people in the restaurant. So it was not busy.

   Food was good (not great) but the service missed the mark - had to ask for water multiple times, sat there without acknowledgement for a long while, brought out the wrong food. Sadly had been looking forward to trying this place for a while but probably won’t return.

   The sushi was not fresh, the tables were sticky, and the waitress could not answer any questions about what was in each of the dishes. Very disappointing.

   We love this place and always go here with family and friends since it is everybody’s favorite. The service is great and the sushi is the best in North county. Only bummer is there is no bar with alcohol, and they just serve beer and wine. Other than that, highly recommend this place.
