It took an hour for them to make our drinks even though other people around us were getting drinks. We asked multiple times and we just couldn’t understand what the hold up was. The hookah delivery was also slow. My friend asked about that multiple times as well. And it’s not like we were being impatient. It became unacceptable. Food was okay. The menu was pretty limited in my opinion. The rooftop wasn’t open when we expected it to be. It was Sunday brunch. Couldn’t understand that either. But the DJ was excellent i will say that.

This was our first time at the restaurant my best friend and I attended and the hostess was very personable and friendly, which made for a great first impression. We had a reservation and inquired about sitting on the rooftop, but were surprised to learn there was a $20 charge, even though we already had a reservation and spent nearly $150 on dinner. I would suggest reconsidering that policy, as it can be off-putting to guests. That said, the ambiance, food, and drinks were all very good. The music was extremely loud at first, but they did turn it down after we asked. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would definitely go again.

The vault is a nice mellow place, but the music was very loud. I have to yell to talk to my friend. The music is everything though.

I wanna start by saying the vibe was amazing my server Ray was great and while on the first level it was a vibe in itself the ladies were great now food the wings were amazing but the salmon was burnt and the roasted chicken was dry overall 400 dollar bill food was not great vibe was it was my birthday and Ray was awesome . Now let’s get to the second floor cause we did both well the music was dope hookah girl with blonde hair was amazing but because we didn’t open a tab with a server we got all drinks from the bar they kept moving us and telling us the needed our table like 3 times and I feel like for the money we spent on drinks which was another 4-5 hundred easy cause we was buying them for another table also we weren’t treated nicely with what we spent we could’ve brought 3 bottles if that’s all we needed to do not to be asked so many times to be move now the gentleman was very nice and polite and so was the young lady but just by looking at our table with all those full drinks and empty cups and two hookahs you can tell we was spending up some money but honestly it was easier to just order from bartenders then the table girls it was my first time and I will give it another chance .

The food and music was very good. The music was loud which wouldn’t have been a bad thing if there was room for everyone to dance, so I wish it was a little lower so that people could have conversations instead. Overall the place is beautiful and service was fast everyone was nice I would definitely recommend. The DJ was amazing and she’s so sweet and really friendly.

The place is very nice but short staff and food sub par. On Mothers Day mind you. Not to mention there glassware is a joke! You charge $14 for a mini size plastic champagne glass of mimosa. Yes you heard me, mini size because the glass is cut in half in width. I’ve never seen a champagne flute that size outside of it being apart of a toddlers kitchen set. The owner and waitress was very nice and apologetic but they need to go back to the drawing board. Also they advertised a Mothers Day brunch pre-fixe menu for $50 on IG up until the day of just to find out they wasnt offering it. I was ok because a la carte came out to be cheaper. (Make that make sense) The grits taste like dirt because they were not done after waiting a hour for 1 drink, almost 2 hours for our food and having to request water several times. IMO they need a someone experienced in running a restaurant, PR and Marketing Consultant. Beautiful place though, sadly I won’t be returning.
