The bartender was not there, the staff said they were trying to get in touch with them. The food just was not good, not tasty. It wasn't as hot as it should have been. The restaurant twas not busy at all so so that not have been a issue. The food just seemed thrown together to get an order out. The texture of the grits was not good, the fish wasn't tasty didn't seem fresh. The wait staff was excellent. The restaurant itself looks nice. However in my opinion their other restaurant in the south bay area of Boston has a better menu and the food is better. This isn't worth the time it will take to get there. I would have to be in the area for me to go there again, and if I did it would only be for drinks (hopefully the bartender would be there)

My first time at Pearl and I had a great time. Food was excellent. I will be visiting more often.

Lobster roll and drinks were great. It was very busy so service was slow and it was slow to get our drinks.

We waited 45 minutes for a drink. Ordered a martini and literally got a shot of vodka in a tiny glass. We didn’t end up ordering food because we didn’t have time before a show. Very disappointing. The people were nice and the restaurant was decorated beautifully, but the service is so slow. This place could be great if they worked on their service. An apology also goes a long way when people are waiting that long.

The food was quite tasty and well-prepared. It would be nice if they had a few more vegetarian and non-seafood options. Our service was slloooooooow. It took forever for our drinks to come, and then once the food eventually started coming, it came in a rush all at once, apps with entrees. One app never arrived. In the team’s defence, there was a very large group that came in just after us. But it shouldn’t have thrown things off that badly.

We had lunch here. Excellent appetizers. Truly super service. It was very quiet there for lunch, parking was easy . Early days but a very nice small menu, I had the croquettes which were excellent. I do wish the wine list had more interesting choices .., it was a very uninteresting wine menu. Choice of just two roses both overpriced and dull. Champagne was well priced.

The food was absolutely delicious! The oysters were the best oysters I’ve had in Boston. Our server was so nice and attentive and it was overall a wonderful experience. I’ll be back!

Amazing restaurant! The food is so fresh and seasoned well, all very tasty. The staff and servers are very friendly and welcoming, and service was at the perfect pace. We will definitely be back soon!
