Overall, good experience. Sat on patio. Some covers to block the sun would be helpful.

Alexis made sure we had the best time! She was amazing. We enjoyed all of the meals and drinks. The views of the river are gorgeous. And the mister fans made it where we could sit outside in mat June and not die from Houston heat. Perfect experience!

The place you can tell was new. There were way too many flies! Couldn’t enjoy my food. Had to send back the biscuits because they were hard. On the plus side the waitress very attentive and the prices were great for happy hour . Drinks were good as well.

I've been looking forward to going to the new location after seeing all the wonderful reviews but I left very disappointed. When I arrived the hostess were very attentive and promptly sat us. Once we were seated our server immediately arrived to take our drink orders. Since the restaurant does not allow reservations of more than four, the other individuals in the party made separate reservation which was a total of 13 people. We told our server to keep our tables separate to ensure that she wouldn't have any problems with orders but she combined the tables resulting in food being late, coming out wrong or just not coming out at all. Several people in the party ordered the club sandwich which comes with regular fries however they ran out of fries at 2pm which resulted in everyone receiving sweet potato fries. This was not communicated before the orders were placed just given without asking about allergies. The sandwiches were mediocre to say the least. The french toast looks amazing online but it had a weird after taste, the hush puppies had serious potential but they were fried in old grease and were burnt when they arrived at the table. I ordered the "build a brunch" and my food never arrived. I waited for some time and asked our server and she went to check. She came back again and I told her to just cancel the order, she double checked again and said that it was being prepared. I explained that they could cancel it because the other individuals in my party had received their food and drinks and were preparing to pay and me and another person still had not received our food. This restaurant has great potential but they need to revisit training the servers and the customer service. Our server wasn't attentive even when we attempted to make things easier for her. I also think the communication between the server and the kitchen caused issues as well. I cannot recommend this restaurant but I wish them the best because it could be great.

The best thing about this place were the views. Lots of complaints about the food quality, availability, and service. We won’t be back.

From the minute we walked in the hostess treated us with such kindness. The establishment is beautiful and we sat outside in the patio. There are misters and fans and the music selection was fire!! Bottomless mimosa with all the different flavors was amazing!! Our waiter( Steven) was such a gem & ohhhh my goodness the food!!! The food was so yummy! We tried the fried mac & cheese balls (10/10) we had the short rib omelette (10/10) and a slice of French toast (10/10) If you haven’t been to this place, it’s a definite must try !!!

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in nearly every category. The food was largely bland and uninspired, with very limited menu options, many of which were unavailable. Nearly half of the appetizers were out of stock, which was frustrating given the already small selection. What was most disappointing was the inconsistency between the online menu and the actual in-restaurant prices, prices in restaurants were more than what is advertised online. That alone left a bad taste before the food even arrived. The “juicy fried chicken” turned out to be nothing more than two small, dry, and flavorless chicken tenders—definitely not worth the price. The short rib grilled cheese, which sounded promising, lacked seasoning and was just as underwhelming. We also ordered the crawfish hushpuppies, which came out burnt and dry. We ended up sending them back. While our waitress was kind and attentive, the quality of the food made for an overall disappointing experience. If you’re going for good food, this sadly isn’t the place. The restaurant needs serious improvement in both execution and consistency before I’d consider returning.

The decor of the restaurant is nice but my party of 4 didnt enjoy our meal. The main reason was lack of flavor. My peach drink was good. One of my friends had to send back the brussel sprouts that she ordered bc they were not good. Our waitress was nice. Also, flies were flying around our table area so that was very annoying trying to eat and swatting your hand to keep the flies away from our food. We sat inside but I assume the flies got in as people were opening and closing the door that leads to the patio. I seriously doubt I will be back unless its just for drinks. Finally there were already out of 3 of the appetizers and we had just sat down at 11am. They opened at 10am so how are you already out of 3 appetizers and its just been open for an hour?
