'Surf' sizzle stone for 2, with Halibut, Salmon and Ahi Tuna, plus 2 sides and 3 sauces to share, accompanied by tasting glasses of New Zealand Sea Pearl Sauvignon Blanc . Your next course is a 9 oz. 'Turf' sizzle stone for 2, featuring filet medallion, duck and Australian Wagyu, also served with 2 sides and 3 sauces to share, accomanied by tasting glasses of Vinum Cellars Napa Petite Syrah. Your fourth course is a shared dessert of choice from our local pastry shop, paired with a pour of Taylor Floodgate Port (or espresso - your choice).
