   Great spot to stop in for delicious pizza and salad. Sort of a combo of brick oven and a slice. Really good!

   Fabulous pizza would definitely go back. Beer and wine only that was the only negative thing everything else was great

   We went for dinner to Gesto for the first time. The redecorated spot was attractive and fun. We ordered three pies and salad. All were very good, interesting ingredients and very flavorful. Our server Emily was top notch, well trained and an overall delight. We will return also the 1/2 price wine was a plus. Check it out.

   This new pizza joint is a much needed addition to the (mediocre-to-bad) pizza offerings in downtown Delray! We shared an order of meatballs, a Caesar salad, and a margarita pizza. All was delicious. We ate every last bit. The pizza dough was nice and thin and the crust was wonderfully chewy (and crunchy at the same). Seats are comfortable, the ambiance relaxing, and the service excellent.

   We were genuinely excited to try out Gesto, a new spot in town .Our family of five, which included two adults and three children, was eager to dive into what we hoped would be a delightful dining experience. Upon arrival, we noted that the menu was somewhat limited, and there was no dedicated children's menu. This could be a drawback for families, as our youngest wasn’t hungry and opted out of ordering entirely. We decided to go for a mushroom pizza with added olives, which incurred an extra charge—something we were okay with. However, when the pizza arrived, it was overcooked and appeared burnt. The waitress approached us and asked, "Was it overdone for you?" While she was friendly and clearly just doing her job, it felt a bit dismissive. We decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending it back and waiting for another one. We also ordered a fig pizza, which was acceptable but nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, both pizzas did not justify their price point, leaving us feeling somewhat disappointed. As for the service, the waitress was pleasant. However, we were surprised to find a 20% gratuity automatically added to our bill because we were a party of five. This felt a bit excessive, especially considering our overall experience and that our youngest 7 years old was not eating. In summary, while we were thrilled to try Gesto, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. We do not plan to return or recommend this restaurant.

   Cute little pizzeria /wine bar with a limited menu. We loved the homemade focaccia; fluffy inside, crunchy outside. The salted heirloom tomatoes were the best we’ve had so far anywhere down here. Paired with fresh burrata and focaccia, this was a memorable starter. We split a white pie with broccoli rabe, sausage and cheese. It was very good. The inside of Gesto is charming but loud! Sit outside and watch the parade of people streaming by. It’s an eye-popping show.

   The decor is very nice. The menu is extremely limited & they will not delete or substitute anything on the menu . $85 a couple for a fair meal was ridiculous. That was with no liquor or dessert
