   The restaurant was lovely. The staff was great. Our only complaint was the lack of selection on the sashimi menu (they were sold out of some options) and the portions. The largest sashimi option for 2 was $125. However, the portion was not enough for the two of us and we don’t eat that much. The bill was $200 with tip and we left hungry. We typically order a large sashimi plate for 2 in our favorite restaurants in Carlsbad, LaJolla or Oceanside For $30-$40 less and never leave hungry. I think if we go back to this restaurant since it is so close to home we will need to try something different.

   The ribeye was amazing!! As was the rainbow roll and halibut. The hostess Emma was fantastic and the busser bridgda was extremely helpful and kind! Our server was excellent as well.

   It was our 2nd time dining here. Not much choices to dine at when at Harrah's Resort Southern California. Everything was just ok overall. Nothing special.

   Disappointed, fish was over cooked again. The fillet was cooked to order but my entire dish was covered with greasy fried brussel sprouts. We used to get complementary bread and butter. Minimal service.

   Think twice about dining here. Was not good. Took 12 minutes for waiter, ordered. Received lobster bisque, not very good. Tasted like tomato soup kind of soup. Waiting and waiting. 25 minutes later told us they lost the check in the kitchen. They are preparing now. Offered bread, which if you purchase it would be $12. It never came. 15 minutes later seafood carbonara came came and my side of gnocchi Alfredo — tasted like flour paste. No lobster tail, not bread that we were offered. Mentioned it, brought 3 pieces and a cold garlic spread - which would be an additional cost. Asked to have that spread (roasted garlic ) heated up. Never came, so left with 3 pieces of bread. Lobster tail finally comes 15 minutes later. It was to be butter poached. It was broiled. Then it was half raw in the middle and like a rock on the rest, not really edible. After asking about garlic came out in 5 minutes. That was my dinner, 2 pieces of bread. They offered to comp it, bill comes out lobster tail on the bill and half off seafood. After speaking with waiter again they took off the tail and half off seafood carbonara. Offered dessert to go. We’re waiting for the check and ready to leave and the dessert came out. The restaurant was half empty . What a disappointment

   The food was not like the first time we were there. Split/congealed sauces, lack of seasoning and either flaming hot or mildly warm when served. The service was atrocious. We received our food before our drinks and we watched our drinks sit in the bar for over five minutes. I actually had to ask the bus person to serve them. That same bus person completely ignored our empty water glasses so when the manager came by to check us I had to ask her for water. Complete and utter disappointment. Will not be returning there anytime soon.
