   Good food, subpar slow service. With this price tag I would expect servers to be more attentive to their tables.

   Our first visit to Fogo De Chão was nothing short of an extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement, especially given that it was a bustling Mother’s Day celebration. I was particularly struck by how dedicated the staff was to ensuring every customer felt valued and satisfied, even during such a hectic time. Although some of us had made reservations and still had to wait for our tables, the management handled the situation with grace and professionalism. They kindly offered a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drinks to those of us waiting, which added a warm touch to the experience. Overall, from the charming ambiance to the attentive service, every aspect of our visit to Fogo De Chão contributed to a delightful evening, leaving us eager to return.

   Even though we had a reservation we waited an hour and never was seated. What a disappointing evening.

   Mother’s Day 2025 - in my opinion this restaurant was ill prepared for what should have been a known busy day. Meat was hot and delicious. Variety was limited to sirloin, pork belly and pork chops. Other items, chicken legs (1), chicken thighs (1), filet mignon (requested), bread (requested), mashed potato (requested) rib eye (requested) were not offered (or forgotten) until we requested it. Other items like lamb, salmon (or fish of any kind), or sausages were never presented. Buffet table was pitiful in its selection and presentation. The kitchen could not keep up with the dishes on ice. I made reference to dining room manager about the state of the buffet table and lack of available selections. She acknowledged and explained how busy they were. At the end of our dinner, she comped one of 3 dinners as a way to acknowledge my complaint. This was generous and appreciated. Server was mediocre and appeared overwhelmed. In my experience, it is not typical for this chain to be so out of sync with what should have been a known busy day. I will recommend for a non holiday dinner.

   My first experience on a non-holiday event was wonderful. For Mother’s Day, they definitely had a big showcase of customers. I would not recommend going on a major holiday. To crowded and not as enjoyable as my first experience.

   Very good spot food was tasty. No complaints on that. Just had a reservation at 4 PM. Didn’t get a chance to sit until 445.

   We had an amazing time for Mother’s Day at Fogo de Chão. The food, the drinks the ambience was amazing. They paid special attention to the guest arrival until the time they leave.

    Visiting over Mothers Day weekend may have been the wrong time to try and experience this newer establishment. In comparison to the other Fogos I have visited, there was more to be desired taste wise and at the market table. I have hopes for this place as the other locations are great in memory. Maybe more time after them being open would help them improve in quality.
