My guy and I went for our anniversary and it was a great experience. It was our first time at a Brazilian steakhouse and I’m glad we chose this one. We loved all the food we ate and felt the price was very worth it. My only complaint is that sometimes it is difficult to get the attention of the guys carrying the meat type that you want and it seemed like we were waiting around a lot trying to get certain of the meat cuts. But they also did desserts for us for our anniversary which was nice. I would highly recommend this place for a special occasion.

I was VERY excited to try this NEW restaurant. The Service is terrible. The food was mediocre at best. I had to ask more than once for something that I thought was supposed to be brought to the table as part of the level of service I purchased. This is way overpriced for what you're getting. Kept bringing the lower grade of meat and had to ask for the better cuts. I have experienced this type of dining locally and had to ask them to stop brining so much so quickly. NOT THE CASE HERE. Basically forgotten until I constantly reminded then what we wanted. Dessert was a Costco brownie with cheap ice cream not a Lava cake with good ice cream.

We’ve dined at other Fogo locations and it felt like an intimate experience. This felt cafeteria like and we were forgotten. Party of 7, stated on the reservation and told the hostess that it was an 84th birthday. Zero recognition. We had to ask for the complementary sides that tables all around us had delivered seamlessly- and our single round of bar beverages took over 40 minutes to arrive. We were at our table for 15 minutes before we even got water. The meat servers would zoom past our table (on the edge of the room right by the bathroom/kitchen) to get to the center of room and the smaller tables. Our green/red coasters were ignored completely. We were there for over 2 hours and one would think we left super stuffed and satisfied but mostly I’m just bitter that we spent so much for a birthday dinner that fell completely flat.

Disappointing experience from start to finish. You know it’s going to be a rough night when you go to the restroom right at the start of your 5:15 pm reservation and find no toilet paper and overflowing trash cans. Things didn’t improve from there. We waited over 45 minutes for drinks, even though we could clearly see bartenders standing around. The salad bar was out of bowls, several utensils were visibly dirty, and restocking was slow—if it happened at all. We rarely saw our server, and when we did, they looked just as frustrated with the situation as we were. This place either needs more staff, better management, or both. Definitely not worth the time or money— ESPECIALLY for a birthday dinner with friends.

We were pleasantly pleased, after hearing from everyone else how horrible the service was we came in with low expectations and while the start was a little rocky we ended up having an exceptional time. After the host seated us we thought we were in for a long night of no service but Natalie fast rescued the night. She was knowledgeable, kind, and prompt! We wanted to get a bottle of wine and she introduced us to Liam who recommended a beautiful bottle of Argentinian wine. The food was great quality, we stuck with the prime meats and didn’t waste our time on the lower end stuff so we def, ate and drank well. Thank you to Natalie and Liam for taking care of us on my Husbands Birthday! We will be back and pray that you 2 are still there! If you haven’t tried Fogo give them a try. Every great restaurant has to go through its growing pains.

It was revealed to Open Table AND Fogo upon being seated and asked if there was an occasion we were celebrating, that this was for my 75th Birthday. Hard Stop/End of THAT story. We were presented with the most expensive option available and asked if we would like to try that initially. We are not big eaters so opted to share a couple smaller dishes - anjd were told that was not possible - no sharing. So we each ordered something - never saw our waitress again - other than going to other tables - she seemed zoned out. Never did receive our Jumbo Shrimp appetizer until I FINALLY - after waiting and waiting - asked for our check. It was only then that our Jumbo Shrimp dish was served - and we turned it back as: 1) we were full by then and 2) we had a show time to make. The ambience was loud. I WAS impressed with other servers that sensed something was askew - and once again - no mention of the birthday milestone. Disappointed

The food was ok, but not worth the price. The pork belly was the best thing there. The different beef options are mostly served at well or well done. When served medium rare, they were good, but you get a beater cut and better value at Morton’s ornaments Ruth Chris’. The buffet was fine, nothing outstanding. The cheese bread was delicious. Our server made a racist remark to us, which made the experience disappointing.

Service was fantastic, however the “market bar” was poorly stocked. One or two of the cuts at the table were amazing, however the rest were just okay. Overall, it felt overpriced for the experience. We went on a Monday night, so maybe they just stock things “lighter”, but overall, for a $200 for two people, I expected more.
