   This was another great experience at another red Fox restaurant. We’ve been to the one in Middleberry, and the one in Middletown, and been impressed with their food and service The hostess and our waitress were friendly and attentive, but not pushy or over bearing. Our cocktails were good as were our appetizer and dinner selections, wine, and desserts. Good experience and happy to return again sometime soon.

   Excellent service!! Food was great, good portion, a little pricey, and wish there was more than one stalk of broccoli with meal. But overall, we will definitely be returning!!

   Our evening began with the Caprese Salad, a beautifully arranged dish of ripe, juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, and creamy mozzarella. The balsamic reduction added the perfect touch of sweetness, making every bite a harmonious blend of flavors. For the main courses, we indulged in a variety of delectable dishes. The Shrimp & Sole Francese was an absolute standout. The fish was cooked to perfection, tender and flaky, and the light lemon butter sauce complemented it brilliantly, adding a refreshing zest without overpowering the delicate flavors of the seafood. The Linguine with Bolognese Sauce transported us straight to Italy. The pasta was cooked al dente, just as it should be, and the Bolognese sauce was rich and hearty, with a depth of flavor that only comes from a long, slow simmer. But it didn't stop there. The Shrimp & Chicken Milano was another sensation. Each bite was an explosion of flavor, with succulent shrimp and perfectly cooked chicken, all bathed in a delicious creamy sauce with just the right amount of seasoning. We couldn't leave without trying the desserts, and they did not disappoint. The Crème Brûlée had a beautifully caramelized top that gave way to the smoothest, most velvety custard underneath. It was pure perfection. And then there was the Warm Brownie Skillet, an indulgent treat with a rich, gooey chocolate center, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that melted gently over the warm brownie, creating a sheer heavenly delight. Every dish was not only delicious but also presented with such elegance and attention to detail. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Red Fox osteria to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of exquisite food, superb service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere makes it a place I will undoubtedly return to time and time again.

   Staff was excellent! Really enjoyed the dinner. There was a kitchen error made with my dinner, but it was corrected in record time and the chef apologized by making my entree' extra special. ;)

   We really enjoyed the food. Very Tasty! Our server was amazing, the only downfall was drinks from the bar took quite some time. We will definitely be back!
