This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Swimwear, tank tops for men and sheer clothing for women not permitted.

    Checked in on time and still waited for 30 min. Normally would t have mattered but after a long day of travel from the east coast we were ready to eat. The main issue was that we were initially sat in a corridor and dealt with loud drum banging from the street. Thankfully the staff moved us after enduring it for 20 min. Everything else was great.

    We were sat 10 minutes after our reservation time and due to the back up left standing in a hallway. Our $25 surcharge. View was of a crane and scaffolding, thought we did have a nice view of the Bellagio water show. There was also a giant light sign that continuously flashed in our eyes all through dinner for our surcharge. The bread plate is to die for and if you love your carbs you must order this!!! This was the highlight of our meal. We all had the chicken Marsala and we all agreed part of it was dried out and generally salty. My lemon pasta was cold in the middle. For dessert we had the chocolate torte and tiramisu. It was the least flavorful tiramisu I have ever had. It does get points for presentation though!! If you want great tiramisu run over to Amalfi and have Bobby Flays.i licked my plate for his. I took two bites of Giada and left it all behind. It wasn’t worth the calorie’s. Overall I wouldn’t go back personally but would say give it a try. Perhaps we were there on an off night.

    Incredibly great nouveau Italian offerings and impeccable service. Our only complaint was the outside drumming noise that at the great view table we had interfered with conversation. Probably not an issue elsewhere.

    Although the food was absolutely delicious taste wise, unfortunately a hair was found in my second course of the tasting menu (lemon spaghetti, I believe was the dish name) so a fresh item was brought out. This is why I rated the food as I did. Service and ambiance were fantastic as usual and the prices were fine as well. Despite the hair, I’ll absolutely visit again.

    Most of our food was either completely cold or Luke warm. The food tasted good. The worst part of it was that I got sick after it. I don’t know if it was just me or the good, but had a stomach ache for hours.

    From the hostesses to the server, everyone was rude. The food was good, but not great. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the service and how you were treated wasn’t great. I won’t be returning.

    Our third time to Giada’s! The bacon wrapped dates were delicious as well as the rigatoni ragout which was very good, however, I was disappointed with the signature lemon spaghetti since it was very very bland with no taste of lemon or salt/pepper for this pricey dish unfortunately to me it was basic cooked spaghetti. The affagato was delicious!

    Loved our server, did taste menu, window seating! Our 1st time- would have probably sat in a different place only bc the window just showed cars, dinner at 5:15 wasn’t best for view (that was on me though). Absolutely I can’t say enough about the food—was at Las Vegas for husbands conference (Fire Chief) and I’ve watched Giada for years. I was feeling poorly days prior and was so thankful for being able to attend—such a sweet delight!

    We got there and checked in at appointed time. The 2 hostesses left us standing there for 10 minutes. They were doing nothing. We finally had to go over and request to be seated. Then our $25 extra per person window seating was met with filthy, water spotted view windows. Yes, I took photos for management that I have. We order champagne and a bread tray. Bread tray comes out. 10 minutes pass. No champagne. Have to flag someone down to get our server. We order a appetizer, and they deliver the wrong appetizer. Our waiter walks to the next table with vials of wine and spills them all over their table, patrons, wall and window glass. The whole evening went like this. We had their signature lemon pasta and it came out room temperature. God knows how long it was sitting. The whole dining experience was like this. Sad, as I dined there a few years back and it was fabulous then. I will not return, as there are plenty of places on the strip that I can drop $200-$400 for dinner and have a top notch dining experience

    Amazing experience! I was nervous based on the reviews for service but our waiter was AMAZING. The food was phenomenal. It wasn’t crowded because we went at 5pm, but I honestly think the whole experience was made because our server, Rocco, was on his game. He was nice, helpful, and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious, highly recommend. Am already planning my next meal there!

    The signature pasta with prawns delicious. Caesar salad delicious. A little noisy and a little chilly. Glad a took a sweater. Have been here at least 8 times and never disappointed. Will go again for sure.

    Always a great experience. The service never disappoints (Rocco on this occasion). Difficult to choose between all the delicious appetizers but need to leave room for their amazing pastas; Re: lemon spaghetti, cacio de pepe. Great wine list and specialty cocktails and Giada’s desser cookies melt in your mouth. I’m a local but paid the $25 per person to sit at the window with friends for a cool view of the Strip but not 100% necessary.

    I was very disappointed with the food. the noodles did not seem like they were freshly made. My sauce was split. My husband sauce tasted like watered down jarred spaghetti sauce. The salad was missing the lemon. I will never go there again.

    I have been to this restaurant many times. It never disappoints. (the price point is getting up there... even for Vegas... so Giada, please be careful!) The Orzo Meatballs are still the best on the planet. ...and the service is ALWAYS GREAT. We had server Fred. I have dined and had him as my server in the past. He is EXCEPTIONAL and is one of the treasures of Giada. Can't wait to come back!

    Every bite was delectable!! The pasta was the best ever, I'm forever ruined for all other pasta servers! Polenta waffle busted with flavor I never imagined and so light and fluffy. Dessert, Giadas favorite cookies...OMG says it all! If you have the chance, go to Giada's and fall in love❤️

    The food was exceptional. But having the windows open onto the strip negatively impacts the ambience significantly. The loud noise is disruptive and lessens the value of the dining experience.

    I have been to Giada for dinner several times. This time was not a great experience. We waited an extra 20 minutes for our table with a reservation. The server was just OK, and the food was not great. I went with my sister, and she had the shrimp cocktail and loved it. We had the artichoke, and it was undercooked and had little flavor I would not order it again. We shared the arugula salad and that was great. I had the chicken marsala, and the chicken was overcooked. The sauce was great but was still not a great meal. My sister had pasta that was OK. Overall, a very disappointing meal. I will probably not go back.

    Very Disappointed with this place. Lemon spaghetti was flavorless and dry, bucatini with Calabrian chili lacked spice, wine selection was terrible, and waiter walked away in mid conversation when I started to explain. The meatballs were delicious!

    We were seated on a low sofa style seat which meant we were very low compared to the table and felt like a small child eating at an adults table. We asked our first service/waitstaff member to be moved to another table but as the restaurant had overbooked, there were no other tables. This member of staff was argumentative and rude. The couple seated next to us were also disappointed with the seating and voiced so to us. We were assigned another server (sorry forgot his name but he was from Italy) who was wonderful and an absolute credit to the restaurant and although he could not reseat us, he was delightful in his mannerisms and treated us with respect. We very much enjoyed talking with him. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The ambience was nice and views great!
