Los amantes de la gastronomía italiana pueden regocijarse pues Giada de Laurentiis, la celebridad y chef ganadora de un premio Emmy, ha inaugurado Giada, su primer restaurante, ubicado al interior de The Cromwell. Este encantador restaurante de Las Vegas da la bienvenida a los comensales con colores cálidos, muebles cómodos e iluminación natural gracias a las enormes ventanas retráctiles del restaurante. Los comensales pueden comer en el salón comedor, el lounge o en las mesas junto a las ventanas, con impresionantes vistas de las fuentes del Bellagio y el Caesars Palace. El menú consistirá de platillos de la gastronomía italiana con influencias californianas originales. El menú incluye espagueti al limón, pollo cacciatore (cocinado con cebolla, hierbas, tomate y pimiento), albóndigas marsala de pollo con hierbas, focaccia de romero, pan plano al limón y rigatoni a la boloñesa con verduras. New for 2025, take in the 4th of July excitement from Giada's, located in the heart of The Strip at The Cromwell. Enjoy elevated hospitality and all-inclusive food by celebrity chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis and her culinary team along with two drink vouchers. The experience will feature Strip views from the open-air restaurant overlooking Las Vegas Blvd. Guest can enjoy watching the fireworks while indulging on cocktails, bites and live entertainment. Doors open at 5:30pm. All inclusive food and two drink vouchers, additional cocktails available for purchase. In and out privileges throughout the evening, come and go as you please.

After more than a half dozen time patronizing Giada, sadly this will be the last. It has gone down hill. The service was subpar. Our food was not edible. The seafood tower had old seafood on it. The halibut was very dry and not warm upon arrival. Sadly, our yearly tradition will no longer be at Giada. At the price point, there are so many options to explore on the trip. Never again. The tasting menu was supposed to come with a commemorative menu. It did not. If the food had been good, that honestly was the least of the disappointment.

My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding day here. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Our waiter was phenomenal and made the experience even better. The food is always top notch.

We've been to Giada more than several times, and it is a favorite for brunch - we've always had great food and service. We went for brunch on Sat 6/28, which is "off season" and hot in Vegas, and noticeably fewer people. This time, however, it seems the staff was mailing it in. It might seem picky, but Giada's has been so good in the past that this visit badly stood out. IMO, you pay $15 for a Cinnamon roll, it should be warm, especially tableside icing pours. We constantly had to ask for refills on coffee and waters, and 3 times for condiments - I mean, you serve dry toast and it should come with butter and jam? Scrambled Eggs - how about salt, pepper maybe even hot sauce? Oh well. Summer staff perhaps, but still no excuse for a place like Giada's that is not ashamed to charge. What makes it worse is that it was not busy AT ALL. 4 tables in the whole restaurant full. You'd think they'd want us there....

Great food, beautiful restaurant, horrible service. We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours, waited a very long time between the prix fixe courses. The longest wait was for dessert- 2 cookies and tiramisu. Ruined the experience of dining in this beautiful space.
