    Overall the atmosphere was ok, not great. The food was typical high priced food where the excitement about the food outweighed the actual taste. The one thing that was 5-star was our waiter Andrew.

    Our experience at NOBU Manalapan was amazing. The food, the people, and the atmosphere were outstanding: the food was a party of flavors, the people were very friendly and polite, and the ambiance was such that we could eat dinner and converse comfortably. Thank you to all the staff who made our experience wonderful

    Overall solid spot for sushi. They have a slight bit of way to go to earn the benefits of carrying the Nobu Brand.

    I took my husband to Nobu for his birthday dinner, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful—inside feels cozy and intimate, perfect for a special night, while the outdoor seating is chic and sophisticated. The sound of the waves in the background adds a serene, relaxing touch that makes the evening even more magical. The service was outstanding! Our server, Charles, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He guided us through the options with ease and made the entire experience seamless. My husband opted for the Chef’s Experience, and it did not disappoint. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—a true culinary journey. Nobu exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect atmosphere, exceptional service, and food that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommend for any special occasion or simply a night to indulge.
