   Great concept with the all you can eat meats and salad/antipasta bar. Food was fresh and tasted really good. Servers do an amazing job managing the flow and attending to your needs when you need a drink or a plate change out, or even more fried bananas (delicious!) Downside- this place was packed from the minute we walked in until we left. Like 200-300 people just stuffing their faces like a bunch of cattle on a feed lot. Was too much commotion for a nice ambience for dinner conversation. My social anxiety was elevated because of the activity level. Took away from the experience. Just be forewarned if you want a more quaint, quiet dinner vibe.

   Food was really good as usual. Would be nice to get some better options at that bar.

   The wharf location of Fogo is great! the service is AMAZING! 10/10 honestly everyone was so ready to help and ask if you need something! Super energetic and wonderful staff. We love coming to Fogo and go regularly to the Penn Quarter location, but this was a step up! Can't wait to go back!

   This was our first time at this location. It was Mother's Dsy, so there were lots of people present. The service started out with poor service. Little to no service actually. We had to keep asking for water. No one explained the menu. We sat there for about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Thanks to other servers who saw our frustration and offered drinks and deserts They made sure we left feeling better aboit our experience. The food was great. I would love to try it again when its not busy

   We waited over an hour after our reservation time to be seated. Our reservation was at 7:15pm and we did not get seated until after 8:15pm. They were more than 10 reservations behind (we could see on the host's tablet)

   It was my first time and I must say, the customer service was amazing. From the front to the back. Everyone was very nice,kind and very helpful. The food was amazing.Aria customer service was greatly appreciated. Aria had such a welcoming vibe ,she made sure our night was amazing and I thanked her so much for a great experience. P.S it's a new day and I'm still full😂.The Mangers on duty was also amazing as well.

   Audrey was a great server. Her service made our experience memorable and the value for the money is unbeaten at the Wharf. Will be back.

   The restaurant was beautiful . The service was absolutely horrible . Our waitress Jasmine ?? was slow and never checked on us . We had sparkling water and she put tap water into our glasses . We had 6pm reservations . My daughter did not get her meal till 6:50pm . Only because I had to hunt every human available . We finally got some service with meats. They would service the table behind us and walk away from our table. It was my son bday which I noted on reservation but he did not receive brownie with candle . We got our sparkling water after we asked for the check. we were so disappointed we didn’t bother with dessert. Need better service

   Was very difficult to get food service at our table. It was so bad the on duty manager commented that he “wasn’t seeing much of any meat on our plates.” We replied with, “either are we.” We were then offered chicken most of the night and top sirloin about 15x after asking for steak. We only saw a very slim offering of meats the entire visit. Unfortunately, we will never return to this location and it leaves us discussing the restaurants decline in market. Sorry Fogo, you lost a long standing customer. Left restaurant disappointed and hungry.

    We love Rodizio as a family so of course we had to try a new restaurant. Food was great. Service was a little slow. My husband ordered an old fashioned before our main meal and only received it at the end of the meal. The waitress kept saying it's on its way only to find out it was served to a different table. We ordered french fries for our son and came towards the end of his meal. We also requested an espresso and never received it. It was on my bill and I was very annoyed for how long I had to wait so the tip I left was less than I intended.
