They didn’t have cucumbers on the salad bar which was disappointing. They didn’t bring mash potatoes for a long time. We didn’t refills on our drinks until we were ready to leave. The meats stopped coming for like 30 minutes. It was not well run.

Upon our arrival when found the restaurant closed we had mentioned we have reservations and no one cared or showed interest to solve the issue. Horrible experience and customer services

The service was extremely slow and the meats were few and repeated. One person in our party felt that they were trying to rush us out even though the place wasn’t busy. Not a great experience at this Fogo even though we had great experiences at others

I’ve been to several Fogo restaurant locations. This location at the Wharf was subpar in comparison. There were multiple empty spots on the Market Table, and I was saddened to not see any candied bacon throughout my 2.5 hour visit. The same 4-5 meat options kept coming around, there were a few of my favorite options that were missing/not being circled around. Service was long, empty plates stayed on the table for far too long, and drinks left unfilled. I’m used to impeccable service, but this location was just sad for what you pay for. I spent $400 on a 4 person dinner and it was not reflected in the food or service. I do not recommend this location.

Horrible! Service was nonexistent. It was like Old Country Buffet. Salad bar a mess. No bowls. No asoup. No drinks 30 minutes after ordering. The meat is good as usual but who cares when the whole experience is so terrible.

This location was my first sub par experience at any fogo. The meat service was very slow and sparse. The servers did not speak English and could not even answer questions about what they were serving. We were often left with no plates and no water. We received 1 mashed potato side and bread basket for 7 people. The drinks were so sugary (Tuesday special) we weren’t able to drink them. And the table service also was not as professional as I have experienced every other time I’ve come. This was a special occasion and we left extremely disappointed.
