Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab.

The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. Slatter, features a globally sourced list of over 70 selections with a strong focus on wineries practicing organic and natural production across the Mediterranean, including ancient grape varieties from Greece, Lebanon and Italy.

The ambiance is always wonderful, no matter the time of day or season. Service is consistently excellent, and 9 times out of 10, I love everything I order. A perfect spot for date night or celebrating with friends.

We had a great meal at Ema. Our waiter was excellent and some of what we had was the best ever. We have been long time Aba fans, so it’s great to have this nearby. We will be back.

Our server Cecilia was terrific. Helped us with ordering for five including one vegetarian. Kept us in pita and crackers. Service was 5 star and all the shared plates were liked and finished by all.

Service was pushy and rushed. I worry this restaurant has taken a step back from when they opened. Food overall was pretty good but the overall experience was lacking.

I loved that this place was not busy on fourth of July and seated is quickly when we arrived. The lunch menu is very nice though I recommend that the chicken sandwich not use the sambal sauce as it did not elevate the sandwich. A nice cucumber tzatziki sauce would have been sufficient. The chicken was well cooked and the pita was nice. But everything else did not do it for me. The greens on the side was perfect, the sambal sauce, traditionally for asian dishes really threw me off and did not add any good flavors to the sandwich sadly. Also my friend was hoping to get a real beef kabob option instead of ground beef and it was unfortunate that there was not an option for that as it did not even come with rice but glad that the waitress offered it as a side option.

Great food, friendly service lovely ambiance. This is my 4th time dining at EMA restaurants, always very sutisfied. Love their frozen Greek yogurt dessert with olive oil and see salt, delish!
