Located on Park City’s Lower Main Street, LOMA is a casual, upscale eatery influenced by Italian techniques and cuisine. Housemade pastas, seasonal specialities and wood-fired pizzas and mains are menu standouts. The cuisine leans into freshness, simplicity and quality ingredients through seasonally relevant Italian and Mediterranean dishes.

LOMA is Adam and Meisha Ross’ second restaurant venture joining Twisted Fern under the couple’s ownership and direction. Both restaurants prioritize sustainability through a commitment to local purveyors and conscientious business practices.

We had a reservation. Once seated waited 10 minutes for waiter- drinks took another 15 minutes to come. Waiter very nice but place was so slow! Honey pepperoni pizza a highlight. Had it as appetizer. But then waited for entree’s over an hour. Squid pasta was hard- undercooked. Flavor good. Swordfish was cold and not much flavor. Chicken was small. Steak was best entree that I’d recommend- that and pizza.

Fantastic meal - one of the best we have had in Park City as part time residents. Biggest problem was deciding what to order as everything looked so great. We were happy with every dish we tried.

Great server (and team) that knew the menu very well, food and drinks and offered great guidance. The food was great from appetizers to the main courses to desert. Would highly recommend it!

Good Food, great location, very good service!!!! The pizza, squid ink fettuccine, the burrata and the roasted clams were excellent. The focaccia bread in the roasted clams was excellent. Wine and cocktail selections are good for a small bar.

I have a lot of food issues and the chef came out to the table and made me a delicious meal that was not on their menu. They could not have been nicer. The meal was delicious. Unfortunately someone else’s pasta was not cooked enough so that was a bummer. Will definitely go back again.

I had high hopes for this restaurant and very much want it to succeed. The menu is creative, interesting and healthy but the execution did not meet expectations. Both the octopus and the swordfish were overcooked and flavorless and the vegetable sides were undercooked (very firm broccolini and radicchio that was limp rather than charred). My husband really enjoyed the shellfish stuffed pasta special and found the clams very flavorful. The restaurant uses fresh and locally sourced ingredients and there is a nice variety of items on the menu. With a bit more attention to preparation techniques I know this place will be a wonderful and healthy addition to the Park City dining scene.
