Our newest addition to Main Street Patchogue. Located in one of the most historical buildings on Main Street once owned and operated by James G. Shand and his family for around 100 years. A chef driven menu focused on seasonality and sustainability with continental cuisine ranging from freshly baked bread and local farm produce to house made pastas and thoughtfully sourced proteins. Our beverage menu is an eclectic mix of cocktails curated by seasoned bartenders and a wine list from around the world.

Classy spot professional server ( Eileen) interesting menu not your standard fare outstanding I had the summer sausage with potato salad. My wife had a killer lasagna basically in a crockpot that she was raving about and trust me, she is the ultimate foodie works in the industry for 50 years. She’s been working in the industry. great job we will be back.

Excellent dinner experience. The food was as they advertised, an elevated menu. Waiter was very knowledgeable. We were not rushed, enjoyed the meal very much.

This is my new go to place on Long Island because the place is so pretty, the service by Gabriel and Eileen up at the speakeasy were attentive, lovely and professional. The broccolini sauce was a little too salty for me, but the gulf shrimp, oysters app and the salmon entree were perfect. We finished it off with the chocolate cake and cappuccino. The drink prices weren’t as bad as other places. We got a bottle of sparkling wine for $48. Not too crazy these days. Would highly recommend or take someone from out of town here.

We absolutely loved the State Room, which operates as a separate restaurant above Shands. Every moment spent there was enjoyable. The hostess was incredibly friendly; even though we weren’t ready to sit down right away, she helped us find a high-top table to enjoy a pre-dinner drink since the bar was full. The bartender who assisted us was great, as was the waitress who took care of us throughout the evening. The food, drinks, and ambiance were all fantastic, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The best part was how relaxed we felt, with no pressure to rush through any part of our wonderful dinner. Sincerely, Vincent

Some of the best food we have ever had. Bree was excellent in her explanation of the menu andherlove of her job and the changes in the Restaurant Congratulations and good luck ! We will be back!

Overall experience for the four of us was fair. Was expecting a much better dinner and overall service. First our shrimp appetizer was good, but then it took over 30 mins for our second appetizer of malfadine pasta to come out. Took forever to even get our waitress to come to our table to even check on us. We got her to check with the kitchen and they response was they are working on it. The restaurant wasn’t even full at this time. We all had empty drink and water glasses and we had to ask her before she walked away if we could order more drinks. Not sure who brought pasta dish finally but he did say they would take it off the bill. Salmon and Skirt steak dinners were fine. Ribeye for 2 was fair, not very tender nor flavorful. For the price of $195 for just the ribeye.. head down the street to Chops for a much better dinner overall!
