Great food and the value for what you get is excellent. Big portions for the money! Fun atmosphere is unlike any other restaurant in the area. Will be going back for sure. The service was awesome - friendly, attentive, helpful. Overall, a great experience.

We celebrated our anniversary at Tipsy Mermaid on July 4th. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Our table was a special corner table with a sign wishing us a happy anniversary. We loved the fun Key West atmosphere and our food and drinks were delicious! Our waiter was very personable, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back, maybe next time for brunch.

The staff is friendly and fun! The whole vibe of the restaurant is exciting and makes you feel like you are in Key West. Food is delicious and full of flavor. Cocktail options are plentiful and SO yummy!!

Great atmosphere and fun beachy vibes. This was our 2nd time and our service was not the best. Server messed up our drinks, more than once. I got the seafood grits the first time we came and it was excellent, large shrimp and whole scallops and creamy grits. This time, I got the same entree but it was small shrimps, pieces of scallops (like they cut a large scallops into 4 pieces) and the grit were thick and not creamy so the entree this time disappointed. It was my birthday and he said I got a free dessert of my choice. Asked for the bread pudding, he brought out key lime pie. I didn't say anything because it was dressed with candles. It was good but really wanted the pina colada bread pudding. Two others in our party got the snapper special and it did not look good and they said it was bland. Overall, not sure if we'll be back.
