Beautifully decorated restaurant with an upscale vibe, great service, friendly and accommodating however unfortunately they fell short with the food. We had to say something just because it was really below par and the manager was so nice comping our meal which we did not expect but nevertheless the food was not upscale worthy. The chicken was dry and rubbery the ribs were dry and chewy, the mac & cheese was bland, lacking flavor, etc. It really was not good food. Even if the meats were not so dry the flavors were lacking and average at best. Would we return? probably not.

Angelina did a great job. She checked on us often but was not intrusive. Order brunch and lunch items and everything was done well.

Food heavily under seasoned, steaks were not consistent. Both my daughter and I ordered medium rare, she got hers medium rare I got mine medium well. I had to add salt and pepper to hers and mine, so did my sister who got a steak and was unhappy. Steaks tasted baked rather than grilled. Food got cold as soon as we were done cutting it due it is being extremely cold in there. On this topic water was dripping from the ceiling on us manager stated is was the ac condensation. Wasn’t just one little drip, they had to move out table to the side due to it. Waiter was very sweet but would disappear for moments at a time. To tell you we had to get up to get out check taken care of and no it was not busy where there around 8-9pm so it was half empty. Over we really disliked this experience because it was out first time there and the place looked beautiful. It really let us down, definitely will not be going there again . My family and I love steak and we go to many steakhouses so our expectations were pretty high.

Haywire is great. We have been before. Food is good and service is good. This visit we were seated in a side room upstairs and it was very warm, which made it a little unpleasant. We alerted the staff and hope we don’t sit there again when we come back, but we will be back.

Fantastic all the way around, from the entrance to the restrooms. Our server, Kierra, was a delight. The food was exquisite and the decor was superlative. I actually cut my med-rare ribeye with my butter knife. It melted in my mouth.

Haywire was amazing, my only con was the crab-dip lack crab it was overpowered by onions. Everything else was 20 over 10.
