Located in the heart of historic Fairfax City, Kelly's Oyster House & Bar offers fresh, vibrant sea fare from the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay. Situated just across the street from the City of Fairfax's courthouse and two blocks from the town square, Kelly's is the perfect restaurant for all occasions. Whether you're grabbing a drink with friends or celebrating a birthday, wedding, or anniversary, we at Kelly's are excited to see you!

Kelly's boasts two cozy front dining rooms, as well as a large "Maine" bar and an oyster bar. On warmer days, our covered front patio is open to walk-ins. Furry friends are invited to join us in our outdoor space, but we ask that they stay leashed and with their owners at all times.

Kelly's is owned and operated by Bill Hamrock and was established in the spring of 2024, and is a sister restaurant to Hamrock's Restaurant in Fairfax City.

Happy hour on Saturday is from noon until 6 PM. Had a great Smashburger with a salad. We will be back.

Unfortunately we got sick from the seafood. Either the oysters or trout. Ambiance was great and hoping we just got a bad batch because it’s a cute spot

Our party of six for a recent lunch had a delightful meal at Kelly's Oyster House. We began with oysters on the half-shell and they were delicious, as were the fresh jalapeno hush puppies. The shrimp tacos and crab cake sandwich were particularly good. The she crab soup broth seemed very thin but there were nice pieces of crab in it. Our server was incredibly pleasant but clearly stretched with the number of tables she was serving. We were pleased to tap into the happy hour prices - thank you!

Had a great dinner here with a few friends. Our friends ordered oysters & like them. I enjoyed the Kelly's favorite chicken. It was very tender.

I always enjoy the oyster experience here. After raw oyster appetizer, my entree was fried oysters. very tasty and the waiter was very helpful. My husband had the linguini. It was tasty, but he was a little disappointed by the portion size and the amount of seafood in the dish.

We had a wonderful dinner at Kelly’s oyster bar. Lots of parking in the back. Great oyster selection and good prices. Even the drink prices were reasonable for Fairfax area. Would definitely be back

Beautiful evening with dinner on the patio! Our server was great! We asked for recommendations on oysters, all of which were great! They have one of the best selections of oysters without driving into DC or Alexandria. Service, good and ambiance were all great! Definitely will go back!
