We went for a special price menu and it was well worth it. Good selection of special appetizers, entrees and dessert. Waiter was very helpful and attentive to our table.

I had an exceptional Caesar salad with asparagus. It was huge and delicious. My spouse had the French onion soup which he liked but said it tasted different than other French onion soup that he had enjoyed in the past. We bought had the medium rare fillet of beef which was as properly seasoned and very tender but was overcooked. They offered to make us new ones but we declined. I think they let it rest too long because it took me so long to eat the salad. We shared strawberry sorbet for dessert which was excellent. I took home the cheesecake because I was full and then they brought out a free chocolate cake for my birthday which I also took home. The ambience was nice and quiet and the service was excellent. Even spent a lot of time with the manager. I would definitely go back especially during the week for the pre fixe menu for $49. You can’t beat that in today’s environment.

This was our first time here and we had an excellent experience for my fiancés 30th birthday! David, the bartender, was also our server and he made great recommendations and took great care in making sure our food and drinks were to our liking and specifications. The steaks were wonderful but the sides were what made the meal for us. The portions were shareable and our favorites were the creamed spinach and whipped potatoes. We look forward to returning for the delicious, high quality food, but David’s incredible service is what will keep us coming back.

Food was delicious… Recommend the thick bacon, the fresh, local oysters, the crab cake, the short ribs, the lamb chops, and a medium filet with au poivre sauce. Drinks on point! Great Saltbrick Old Fashioned and Dirty Titos Martini! Desserts - gotta do the Chocolate Fudge Cake with Luxardo Cherries😍

We ate here last night to celebrate my son's birthday. For appetizers, we tried a seafood sampler, which was excellent, and the tuna crudo was particularly tasty. I ordered the prix fixe menu and initially wanted the prime rib, but it had run out, so I opted for the filet mignon instead. Normally, I'm not a fan of filet mignon, but since we were at a steakhouse, I felt inclined to choose a beef dish. I'm so glad I did; it was the best piece of meat I have ever had and was cooked to perfection. The asparagus was prepared just the way I liked it. The staff was exceptional, and our waiter, Carol, was attentive, while Webster was very friendly. As a professional chef for over 38 years, I prefer not to suggest improvements because that wouldn't be fair. Overall, I thought the experience was wonderful. I would definitely return—it was a great night!

We had a great experience at Saltbrick Prime. We will recommend it to family and friends. The food, cocktails and wine selection is fantastic. Cocktails are interesting and well crafted. Our porterhouse steak was cooked perfectly, appetizers, sides and dessert were all delicious. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. The manager Webster does a fantastic job!
