   I’m speechless. What an unusual yet beautiful setting. The menu is intriguing and creative. The food is so fresh and delicious. The service was extraordinary. Ashley waited on us. She was completely competent and attentive. A bit pricey, and worth every cent. Winner

   Leaving this review , I hope I can hear from management or owners. The ambiance it’s amazing, fancy and elevated, but the service it’s horrible. Our server Yoserth has made our experience horrible, he doesn’t have the basic knowledge of fine dining and etiquette or any common sense . First: he never acknowledged that this is a birthday dinner (which let’s say not a big deal) second : he has never mentioned to us when the kitchen is closing soon (I still had guests arriving at the table and wanting to order ), then didn’t let us know when the bar it’s closing so my guest can order the last drinks , lastly upon serving the cake also didn’t let us know that the coffee can’t be served either . As much I tried to express my point , it was completely ignored and ignorant to my message .The owners should pay attention to who they choose to hire , you can have the most beautiful place and great food , but nothing turns you off like a poor service. I almost wanted to get out of the table and go grab my drinks and food to make my spouse and my guests comfortable. No matter how much you spend in this place , you will feel treated poorly. We had visited so many elevated restaurants , highly awarded and also more casual places , but have never experienced a sophisticated places with a service like McDonald’s. This place was on our list to visit this place for a special occasion. I reserved this place for my spouse’s birthday, we had 13 guests obviously we got there to spend money and have a great time and this turned into the most disappointing experience . I can only promise you that I will never come back and I will encourage others to reconsider this place for what you pay and what you get . Unfortunately the owners either don’t know about their bad service , or don’t want to pay attention ,or I can’t explain how you can have such a beautiful place and such poor service

   Our food was mostly tasty. One steak came out cold. The “baked Brie” had more Brie rind than actual cheese, although the topping was delicious, I ordered it for the cheese. The truffle fries were steak fries with some truffle salt, absolutely not worth $16. All other dishes were excellent. The ambience really was what saved the rest of the dinner. Our service was poor. Forgotten appetizers, never checked how each course was until we after were finished, food was auctioned instead of dropped at seat numbers. We received broken glass from the bar and another glass that had the last customers lipstick on it. It was very obvious the lack of experience from the service team we had. All in all, it was okay. At that price, I would expect a bit better than okay.

   El restaurante hermoso muy bien decorado, el servicio bueno pero muy lento creo que le falta más entretenimiento al personal cosas como pedir permiso dejar que el cliente pase primero etc. La comida muy bien presentada pero extremadamente fría . Los pedidos de bebidas a las mesas súper lento en general muy bien presentado el restaurante pero esperaba más por el precio .

   Amazing place, food delicious, and really excellent service! The waitress Sofia was exceptional sever, she knows everything about the restaurant and she’s explain every plate wonderful! Again thank you to Sofia and all the staff for the exceptional service.

   Staff is amazing, our server Allen R was very attentive and professional, the place is very elegant but really expensive. Food was cold and poor quality, it’s worth to try once to see if you are lucky and your food comes out fine,

   El mesero que se llama “ alex” me atendió demasiado bien, me explicó cada plato perfecto y ame la experiencia. Atención y comida 10/10
