   6:30 reservations on a Saturday night. We waited 20 min before I finally asked the front desk hostess if she could send our server. It took another 10 min before she arrived. Food was being delivered to wrong tables all night. My chicken came out shredded when I asked for it to be a whole breast, sliced. The restaurant was extremely loud, every table full. Not much by way of ambiance. We will stick with the Bright location.

   It was fine. We needed a place halfway for an Easter meal. We had reservations, but they definitely overbooked for their Easter meal. It was family style, so fewer offerings, but that was fine - It should have sped up service, but it was well over an hour before we got served. Food was all average - plentiful, but just okay. No idea how their regular days are - wouldn’t choose to do this on a holiday meal.

   They apparently was not prepared for a holiday meal. Waiting for the main part of a family style meal was way too long especially when you have kids. Was there for 2 hours and 15 min for a family style meal. Way too long. Took our desserts with us otherwise we might have been there for 3 hours. Will not be back for a holiday meal with a party of 11 again. Our waitress did an outstanding job and apologized for the long wait but it was not her fault on the wait.

   We had a very bad experience on Easter. It took us well over an hour to get our food, which was the same for everyone in the room we were in. We would have probably walked out, but we knew our options were limited due to the holiday. They were not prepared staffing wise, as we were told there only had 2 servers working. We ended up getting our own drink refills and bussing our own table.

   We went in a Sunday for lunch at 12pm. It was not crowded and sat at a high top in the bar area. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. We started with the fried pickles which were phenomenal. The batter on them was amazing and gave the perfect crunch. We got the fish & chips, Old Sicilian flatbread, French fries, and the mac and cheese. All ofntue food was so delicious. The mac and cheese was to die for. We were not disappointed and can't wait to come back.

   Flatbeds are always amazing. Tried a new entree tonight and it was great, firecracker chicken. Drinks are always delicious, servers are all so friendly! We love this place.

   Overall we had a very good lunch. I had the Asian salad and my husband had the Reuben special and we liked them a lot. The staff was very nice and attentive. Our only issue is that we were cold. We were by the fireplace so our server tried to turn it on for us but it wasn’t working. She thought to close the glass doors which helped. We plan to come back!

   Wow! They pulled off a crunch time lunch, with a party of 11 without a hitch! So thankful for our local Batesville Team! Thank you all for a great lunch break experience!

    I had the butter pasta and added crispy chicken to it and a salad. It was amazing! My friend had the Baja chicken sandwich and she loved it. The server was wonderful, friendly, and kept up with refills. It was our first time being there and we loved it! So clean and nice!
