   When you’re finished with your meal, you learn that there’s a 20% service charge which does not go to the waiter. That is falsely inflating the restaurants prices essentially. I would never go back solely based on that. Not surprisingly because I’m sure the waiters get screwed here, the service was horrible.

   I normally never post these reviews. But honestly I was disappointed with Hell’s Kitchen. The food entree were very good. However the sides were not good at all. And they charge for water. The service was adequate. Overall I can’t believe we spent so much $$$$ for not great experience.

   I would have given this restaurant 2 starts when I visited three weeks ago. Based on that I brought some friend with me as a treat. The whole experience was sub par. The waitress had a bad attitude from the start and only warmed up towards the end of the meal when she would have potentially got a tip. My friends wine took almost 20 minutes to arrive which held up everyone starting to eat. The potato gratin - favorite of mine- was not available on the menu as a side. And the waitress just said it’s not available tonight. It’s not exactly hard to make. Finally, I ordered a filet Mignone and stressed over and over that I wanted it very well done and brown - it was pink. The manager did comp of the deserts but that’s a poor compensation for the expensive steak that I couldn’t eat. No apologies from anyone and no desire to put anything right. Such a shame that we had such a horrible dinner. I would not recommend this restaurant- they need to get their act together.

   Food was good but a bit pricey. The atmosphere was VERY casual. I guess we expected a more upscale place. Was still a nice experience.

   This is my 3rd visit to Hell’s Kitchen. The food and service met my expectations but the room was FREEZING!…and then on top of that, they put the shades down to block the sunlight. The answer from the waitress was that the air is set at 72 and can’t be adjusted. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re cold and shivering

   The food, atmosphere, and service at the restaurant were truly excellent. Everything from the presentation to the flavors made for a memorable dining experience, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. However, we were surprised by the high service charge, which did not include a tip for our waiter. After adding the customary gratuity, our total bill increased by nearly 50% over the original cost of the meal. While we understand that service charges can vary, this felt excessive and significantly affected the overall value of the experience. It's something future customers should be aware of before dining.

   Server wasn’t listening, she asked if I had allergies and I told her shellfish. She then promptly recommended the scallops. Also added a tip to a party of 2. A little insulting.

    My wife and I are from Elk Washington never experienced anything like this is planned this for our anniversary and it was amazing was better then expected always seen the dishes on the show and said one day and I'm glad we did the food was great and the service was outstanding our server Melinda was super accommodating in every aspect of our dinner thank you again great food great view and great service thank you for the great memory
