Sink your teeth into Rare Society - a modern homage to the golden age of the American steakhouse. Chef and owner Brad Wise reimagines vintage upscale dining with a bold, contemporary edge: a wood-fired grill fueled by red oak, an in-house dry-aging program, sustainably sourced seafood, and a progressive cocktail menu that nods to the classics while pushing boundaries. The space hums with energy - smoke curling from the grill, the scent of fire and flavor wafting through the air. It’s easy to picture a Rat Pack-era dinner party in full swing: elegant, indulgent, just a little unruly. It was everything we expected and more. Our server had extensive knowledge of the menu. The food quality was high. The preparations were as described. We easily shared our courses. The attention to food detail and confidence of the chef was just a bonus.

Service was great, very attentive. We had Murray and he was fantastic. Helped us out on our first time with the menu and helped guide our experience. Food and drinks great. We will be back.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. This is the best restaurant in the area. Tony the bartender was awesome and recommended food and wine which were all top notch. The bread rolls, bacon, tuna tartare, fried chicken and filet is what we sampled. All excellent. Can’t wait to go back. They will be opening happy hour soon.

Vanessa did a wonderful job spieling the menu. We felt confident and informed. We loved everything we ordered. The steak was delicious and savory; we had asked for medium, but med-rare did just fine. It was still super yummy.

This place is absolutely amazing! I had been to their other location locations in California and I’m so happy that they came to Vegas and let me tell you it did not disappoint!!! Aside from the amazing food the ambience was upscale yet felt cozy and casual, and the service was on point at every level ! Seriously fabulous cocktails and wine list as well If you’ve not yet tried this you must.

Food and service was all outstanding! We definitely splurged but did not regret it one bit. Can't wait to see how things progress. Looking forward to bringing family and friends:)

Our experience at Rare Society was made memorable by the amazing food and even more amazing service. First of all, it was apparent that every single worker (greeters, hosts, servers, managers, etc.) was eager to ensure that our experience would be the best we ever had. They succeeded. Vegas dining has been given a new bar, and it is Rare Society. The food exceeds expectations. The meat was grilled to absolute perfection. We asked for lobster whipped potatoes (not on the menu), and they graciously supplied. Our server, Cody, spent a generous amount of time with us, explaining the menu and describing items to us in such a way that compelled us to order dishes we never would have, but we are so glad we did! If you are a first-time diner, be sure to order the associate board (enough for four). Start with the lamb lollipops. You will thank me! And ask for Cody as your server. He’s AMAZING!!!!

Caesar salad was delicious, but had WAY too much dressing on it. Service was fantastic, as it seemed they were overstaffed for opening weekend. Food was expensive and portions were small.

Everything from the bartenders to the drinks to the food were absolutely fabulous! Best Ribeye ever! Can’t wait to go back!
