Food was mediocre. Apps came out wrong, told server and he didn’t offer to replace to do a small discount. Atmosphere was okay, but overly loud between music and people screaming to have a conversation. Will not go back.

It is a super fun place for kids with interactive dance , kids standing on top of tables and foam party but the food is average so go for the entertainment . There is a stage outside and there was a band playing that was so loud you could never sit outside and talk and this was 6:15 so family time. I go to alot of concerts and actually have a noise decimal app to check the sound levels . It showed the sound at 91.8 to 97.6 and anything over 85 is harmful . I would plan on sitting inside with kids .

Lively entertainment restaurant. The band on the outside stage was awesome. The food and service was great . Did not give a 5-star because of the unsafe and unsanitary dancing on the tables and chairs that is encouraged during specific times by the entertainment Host/MC. Chose to sit outdoors because of this. Would definitely return because of the live music. Make a reservation to avoid long wait time.

This is a fun place for families, but I would not recommend sitting inside if you don’t want to listen to an obnoxious MC shouting and making people stand up on their chairs and dance every single hour…very loud and annoying with siren sounds and everything. Thankfully we got a table outside away from the chaos and it was more enjoyable. Lots of good menu options for food, but drinks are average.

Excellent service, delicious food. I recommend reserving because it’s a popular spot so there tends to be a long wait list without one.

We visited The Hangout for the Pirates & Princesses breakfast event. PROS * very reasonably priced * reservations easily made on OpenTable * easy check-in * event started on time * food served family-style * 3 add-on options available - highly recommend the french toast! * first round of food was enormous! (only had to ask for more bacon) * show was very entertaining for the kids. Lots of interaction and they even were led outside for a treasure hunt! * show/breakfast highly recommended CONS * the $80 upcharge for the "Golden Ticket" was pricey, as far as I could tell. The only "extra" participation in the show was that the child stood on stage with the actors during part of the show, but did not participate in the show itself. I believe Golden Ticket holders do receive some sort of gift(s) prior to the show but not sure what they were.

It’s an average quality place to take the family for dinner. Service was adequate. We had a reservation so our only wait time was because we got there 15 minutes early. Food came out about 20 minutes after we ordered, so the kids were not howling about “how much longer” will it be. Burgers, fries, chicken tenders and salads were ordered. There’s nothing special about any of it. Don’t expect much flavor out of the burgers.

We were really excited because they advertise being able to accommodate large groups. After a decent wait (even with reservations), they sat our group of 16 at two separate tables. One was a low top and the other a high top. This made it really difficult because we had 8 children 5 and under. Therefore, a few kids had to sit at the high top so the adults could help and the kids kept falling out of the chairs/had to be held. We also were sat in two different sections so we had two different servers, food came out at very different times (one table finished eating before other table even got their food), and we wouldn’t properly divide checks where parents/kids got split up because we had two different servers. While this may not seem like a big deal, we specifically asked for two low tops and even asked if we could at least have same server/have food come out at same time. We assumed being advertised to large groups we finally found a place all of us could sit together!The concept is really fun, but we got really unlucky!
