I would like to start by saying the ambiance is beautiful, could use a bit of editing but pretty nevertheless. The service was really slow , after they sat us it took a good 15-20 minutes for the drinks to get to us. Male manager seemed annoyed that we asked to order drinks with him. Server was friendly but clearly overwhelmed and spread thin. They seemed under staffed and definitely overbooked. They had some sort of loud football game and fans screaming (took away from the ambiance so much, i didn’t go to dinner to hear soccer anthems played on the speakers of the restaurant). The food was actually horrible and expensive. We ordered beignets that were stale and hard and tasted like old oil, like the fryer didn’t get changed or cleaned out. We sent that back and asked for a charcuterie board that was well presented but also kind of disappointing. The female manager was very kind and she bought us a round of drinks, while the male manager seemed passive aggressive and a bit condescending. To finish the meal, we ordered the skirt steak that was super salty accompanied by broccolini that had no seasoning, no salt, just boiled for $38. AND they charge a mandatory 18% even for a party of 2. Overall disappointing and will never be coming back. They have a lot of fixing to do.

It was our first time here at Helena! The service was outstanding, Joey was great and very attentive! Food was delicious— we got the hummus as our appetizer (so fresh and good!) and a basket of mini croissants & chocolate croissants. Then for entrees-bacon egg & cheese croissant and smoked brisket & eggs. Both delicious! Definitely would return again.

Very chic and Instagram worthy! But food is very overpriced in my opinion.. needs more options! I also ordered the goddess drink and enjoyed the flavors! But definitely over priced.

Upon entering there was a ton of sand at the entrance, health hazard because you can fall. I had sand all in my shoes! We came for Father’s Day. The flashing lights were too much and the music was EXTREMELY loud and excessive. We could not hear our server or each other at the table. The table configuration was dangerous-my daughter’s chair backed up to a water fountain and if a fire broke out we would not be able to exit. There was a large party of 20 behind us, we nor they could get out of our seats. It took 40 minutes to receive our meals, my family liked their meals. I had the French toast and was still hungry afterwards, needed some type of protein with it. Our server was sweet, but again it was EXTREMELY loud. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the decor was tranquil, which didn’t match the club atmosphere at all!!

We had a great first experience at Helena! They do a great job sticking with the Mediterranean theme and there are multiple areas with different setups, which can make for a different experience each time you go! The food was well prepared and the service was great. We will definitely come back again for dinner and also try them out for brunch. Would recommend if you’re looking to dress up and have some nice Mediterranean cuisine.

Loved this cute place! This place was so nice but it gets packed quickly. Unfortunately, we did not like the busboys rushing us off the table and grabbing your stuff quickly. It was very rude some of us was not even done with stuff. Not sure why they was rushing because we did even pay yet. We did get lucky and get to see the belly dancer. She was fun and amazing.
