   Very crowded and tight seating. Unable to get out of my seat without 1-5 people at both our table and the next to us all moving. Table space was very limited also, which seems like they crammed 11 of us into a table for 6-8.

   We didn’t have a good experience. Had reservations for 5:45 didn’t get seated until 6:20. Server took 15 mins to come take our drink orders. We didn’t get plates or meats until about 7 o’clock. We kept asking for MR and Med, but we kept getting well done, overcooked. Ordered a chocolate molten lava cake and it came out frozen, ice cold. Won’t be going back.

   The price advertised on the website wasn’t the same as we were charged. The website says it would $51 per person, but we were charged $65 per person for the full experience. Also, from the website, it appeared that we could do brunch for $35 per person, with several brunch options listed. I even called the restaurant to see if brunch would be available during our reservation time. The only brunch option we had was waffles. The items on the market buffet were good. Only a few of the meat options were good.

   For the price paid the food was not up to par. The staff continually bought around the same meats when the menu offered a variety. I will not be returning

   You can tell this is a new location. They have a lot of work to do to bring food service, food quality, and staff friendliness up to par. We love the brand so we continue to come here.
