   Always a great place to have lunch. A couple of us had the cold soba with tempura, others in the party got the Ume Oroshi Shiso Soba and one of the new dishes, Sansai Sob They were all delicious. They also had a special honey toast for a Mother's Day special which added apples and cinnamon to the normal honey toast - delicious

   Food is always delicious! My favorite is the mentai mochi spring roll and the okinawan sweet potato salad!

   We've always been fans of Shokudo since its Ala Moana days, but we love this version in Kaimuki even more. The food is always wonderful and service always attentive and great. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Mix in a pitcher of Orion and honey toast at the end and what's not to love about this place? Lots of parking in the paid lot too. Enjoy!

   The food is so good! We brought some family from out of town and they have minimal experience with Japanese food and loved all of it! They were especially excited for the honey toast! We will be back for more soba, pupus, and honey toast!

    Food is authentically Japanese themed. Small portions. Hamachi was fishy and I got bad but of sashimi. Best dish is their honey toast
