This restaurant is excellent. Our dinner was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, and the employees are kind and helpful.

If you haven't been to Gauchinho Brazilian Steakhouse, you are seriously missing out. We had brunch there this afternoon, and everything was so delicious. From the wide assortment of items at the hot-cold bar, to all of the perfectly cooked and delicious variety of different meats (picanha, bacon wrapped filet, parmesan pork, pork ribs, bacon wrapped chicken, grilled pineapple, etc.), we thoroughly enjoyed everything and can't wait to dine there again. They also offer a wide assortment of amazing desserts. We've dined at both Brazilian steakhouses in Asheville and prefer Gauchinho's on every level (food, atmosphere, service, location). Highly, highly recommend this fine dining establishment.

The meat service was excellent. I only wish the salad area was better. I was not sure about the freshness of many of the items displayed so didn’t try them. They seemed like they had been displayed a little too long.

The meat was all good. Service was great. Sides were lacking - just nothing special and not a lot of choices really. Expensive for what it is.

Wonderful venue. The staff were gracious and helpful. The food was delicious, the wine was excellent, and the ambiance was lovely. The constant flow of different types of meat was a great experience. The only thing we would change would be to order the meat medium-rare rather than medium. We will be back again.
