Brass Kitchen & Bar is located on Yampa Street in Downtown Steamboat Springs. Chef Ryan Fowler reimagines continental classics as healthful, modern American plates. A diverse selection of artisanal spirits, wines and beers on tap offer the perfect pairing. A staff of career restaurant professionals conveys the hospitality for which Steamboat Springs is famous in an upbeat contemporary, yet warmly inviting space. Conceived as a place where friends and all members of the family are welcome, quality and affordability are core values. Favorites include Cassoulet and Hofbrau Dunkelweiss, and Sriracha Braised Pork Cheeks with dry Riesling or Mezcal.

Happy Hour, 3:30 to 5:30 pm daily, is a time, when locals gather to toast the day's outdoor adventures. The full menu and all beverage are available at a 25% discount.

We welcome your reservation, or invite you to drop by. Bar and table seating is available.

No show reservations will be charged A $25 per person fee.

Brass is our go to restaurant in Steamboat. The food is always great as is the service. Paul, the owner, runs a wonderful operation and we are never disappointed.

Our server, Cory, was great! Personable, attentive and efficient. Food delicious, atmosphere enjoyable and restaurant very clean. Cocktails very good.

I have Celuac and must be very careful when ordering. Many gluten free options on the menu and the server was very knowledgeable and helpful. My friend and I shared the braised Sakura pork lettuce wraps as an appetizer. Delicious! The pork was well-seasoned and the pineapple pico added just the right touch. It had been a hot day, so we both ordered salads. I had the spinach and feta salad with strawberries and added some beautifully cooked chicken breast, while my friend ate a smoked trout and kale salad. Both were absolutely delicious and all gluten free. An excellent meal. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Paul and his team never disappoint. Food and drink were excellent. Don’t miss the braised Sakura pork lettuce wraps. Service was top-notch. Outdoor seating was great. We enjoyed an early dinner of small plates and Sangria before an evening concert. Can’t beat it.

We weee a party of four and Corey was our server. Everything was wonderful! Three had the salmon and I had the cassoulet.

Great food, enjoy in/ out door atmosphere. Pasta excellent bread great, salads very good . A/C units cool off 90 degrees outside western sunset.

Exceptionally curated wine list. Outstanding varied menu options and generous Happy Hour program. Even though we were only in Steamboat for a week, we had to go to the venue twice because there were specialty cocktails and menu options we missed the first time.

Brass Kitchen and Bar is our favorite place in Steamboat. Always great food and service. In the winter, when the “garage doors” are closed and the place is packed, it is pretty loud. But now (mid June), with open garage doors, it is very pleasant.
