This was my second time dining at Oliva Steakhouse. The first time I dined with them it was amazing. This time was absolute disappointment. I had an 8:30 reservation and wasn’t seated until 8:50. They sat a walk-in before us. The hostess gave us a terrible excuse as to why we had to wait. Then we waited at least 20 minutes for someone to give us a glass of water and menus. From there I sat and watched as people who came in after us get food and drinks. I was absolutely disappointment in the overall experience and quality of service we received. I’m not sure if I would come back or even recommend this place to anyone.

Wow. NYC vibes in downtown Cleveland with amazing food and service. Huge portions. I could eat the tiramisu cookie dough all day. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.
