Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay offers delicious and distinct French-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

The restaurant features an L-shaped bar with a lounge that flows into the main dining space, and a raw bar with a lit canopy spilling over the tables below. The intimate, 140-seat dining room features blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs and handmade subway tile that entices a classic Parisian feel. Known for signature dishes such as Steak Frites, Whole Lobster, and delicious Raw Bar with Oysters and Shrimp Cocktail.

                                      The food and service was outstanding. We had the some of best appetizers and cocktails. We had the black bass almodine . It was delicious . The waitress was amazing very knowledgeable . We will definitely be back . Thank you for a great experience!

                                      This restaurant lived up to my high expectations for a Flay restaurant. The food and presentation were wonderful and the service was excellent. I like the Bistro vibe of the space. My only "knock" is the level of ambient noise from the incessant beat of the high-volume noise from Caesar's. I suppose that can't be helped but the it got in the way of the mood of a French brasserie. I would come back if I travel to Vegas again.

                                      Some of the best food I have ever had! Ordered the Cesar salad, hangar steak, black bass, potato purée, and lemon tart. Truly amazing!!

                                      Outstanding all around! Service was excellent. All menu items were great—we took advantage of a prix fix option during Restaurant Week, shared everything and tried so many things.
