The restaurant was run down. Needs to be fixed. The food was inedible. Got sick that night after ate at restaurant. This is a full kitchen Nightmare! They need Gordon Ramsay ! I feel bad for the restaurant. This place used to great place to eat. What happened to the place?

The Sangria is the best part of the brunch. Make sure you order the meat rare if you do not like your meat overcooked. They just keep bringing food if you ask for more so make sure you are hungry.

Manager was reasonable to their flaws. There was fly’s on the salad bar. Meat was not to temp requested and very dry, but flavorful. The in house sauces were good. You get a 120 min sit time and it takes 60 minutes for your first plate of meat to even hit the table. We didn’t get the second meat plate until the 120min mark, by that time we were over it. Prices are incorrect on open table. And the complimentary cake offers to us, was charged. Not to mention the drinks took forever and service sucked. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a churrasco. Completely recommend Fogo De Chao or Texas De Brazil , if you really want a truly enhanced Brazilian experience.

Worse dining experience in a very long time. The food was lack luster the service was the slowest only took 40 min for my drink. Then the food finally shows up and it was horrible overcooked.

The unlimited option was delicious. The service however was poor. We were left unattended for over an hour. Other tables proceeded to get up and leave as the staff did not return to take orders timely and eat elsewhere. The place needs to be much better organized. It made a poor impression for the small birthday gathering even though we reserved early in advance of the dinner rush. The check also came back wrong as we were being charged for other tables items.

Experience on 7/28 was not good. Pre-COVID this restaurant was AWESOME. That night; however, there was one waiter for the entire restaurant and 1 bus boy for the entire restaurant. So, it took a very long time to place orders, get refills, etc. It took 45 minutes just to get our drinks. Due to COVID, there was no buffet and everything was served at the table family style. Unfortunately, not all of their sides were offered, just rice, mashed potatoes, and black beans, which were good, but nothing to write home about. All of the meats though were AMAZING!

Unfortunately they were busy and very understaffed. We waited at our table for 1 hour and no food. The view was nice and the lone waiter for the entire restaurant absolutely tried his best. We left without eating and had to go somewhere else. I would try it again once they are properly staffed.

I think it was overall overpriced for such poor quality of food choices, don’t get me wrong the meat was good but that was about all. I honestly don’t think I will come back. Way to overpriced for such little sides to accommodate the meat and the sides were not good.

The food was fine, but I wish the restaurant would’ve made people aware that things are done a little bit differently during the weekdays then they are on the weekend because the food was made all in the kitchen and not brought to the table like you’re used to with a Brazilian steakhouse and the salad bar was completely shut down

This restaurant is going down the drain. The cost doesn’t match the food or experience (even with the Groupon). We were seated and waited ten minutes for someone to come talk to us. The host was quiet, short and uninterested in making us feel welcomed. The waiter was acting strange all night. They dropped drinks on us and broke glasses on the table next to our meat platter. We got silverware after waiting a few. Basically the food came before the silverware.

Absolutely the worst experience EVER! Their website says that they’re open so I assumed it was for the full experience. Salad bar was closed and they brought out the meats on boards. They tried filling us up on rice, beans, mashed potatoes and bread then brought out the cheap stuff (chicken, turkey and pork) 30 mins later. We asked for the beef and everything was overcooked and rubbery except for the pork ribs which were still jiggly and white. Not worth the money or the time! So disappointed as it was such a special occasion for our family!!

Visited Samba’s with my family and was excited to see the new changes since they are now “Samba at Sea”. I looked at the menu prior to coming to the restaurant and wanted to try the Paella! Once I ordered, I was told that I was unable to order the Paella since it was Father’s Day. They made kids meals but no other items on the menu. This was very disappointing because Paella was the only meal I wanted to eat. Service was very slow. It took about 35min after being seated to order our drinks. Our server was very polite but slow to serve us.

Excellent service from our server Francisco. He didn't let our glasses go empty. We had a great Father's Day brunch. Great good, excellent service and great ambience. Will definitely go back again!

This was probably our worst dining experience ever. My son had come into town and I wanted to give him a unique experience. It was that, but all to the negative. I’m really disappointed with the food quality, the lack of service, the dirty salad bar. Nothing merits the expense. Management really needs to reevaluate their setup. I’m going to submit a request to Restaurant Impossible. I’ve never seen anything as appalling as this restaurant.

Service was terrible. The tray of meat came out an hour and a half after we got there and doesn’t include all the meats. We immediately ordered a second one so that we wouldn’t have to wait. Unfortunately, it took almost 30 minutes more AFTER we finished the first tray. They had no cheese bread. Their drinks were flat and water was also brought out with the meat (after asking for it several times). We were there to celebrate a birthday, which was noted on the reservation. I made sure to tell the manager since the waitress was no where to be seen. He said that he would relay the message. Happy birthday was sang to multiple tables. The waitress finally came over to the table to ask if we were done and then proceeded to bring the check. When walking out I made sure to go directly to the manager to point out the he didn’t relay the message to the waitress. He didn’t know what to say and ended up making up that another employee said to hold on visiting our table because the entire party wasn’t at the table. He wanted to send us home with dessert. We wanted them to sing happy birthday and not to get a free dessert. We walked out and will never return. Save your money and don’t go to this restaurant. It’s not worth the money. The manager was also walking around the restaurant with his mask underneath his nose and visiting several tables. Seemed like there were many complaints happening. This place is run down and they don’t have everything on their menu.

The service was really lacking. If I spend $300 for 3 people to eat dinner and have a bottle of wine, I shouldn't have to ask multiple times for more water or sauce. It also took a very long time to get our meat, and it was obvious from the temperature that it had been sitting a while before it even was served. Really disappointing service.

It was a wonderful day date experience. The staff was kind and courteous. The value was wonderful for all the food we enjoyed. We also loved the sangria, it was so yummy. We will definitely return this summer.

Samba at one point used to be about the experience. There was music, dancing great food and lots of fun.This is not Samba today. There was no music at all m, the environment souded like a cafeteria and the food was less then mediocre. Oddly enough, the prices are the same.

I like the Caribbean need experience more than anything when going to Samba’s. When served on the wooden trays the meat was cold. The sausage were more like a hotdog sausage!! That was the worst. Quality and the experience has hit the skids!!!!!!
