   The music is fairly loud so you have to speak pretty loudly to hear each other. We had long wait times after ordering despite it not being super busy and our server did not warn us about the wait times either. We ordered a platter, which is supposed to be enough for 2-3, but when it came out, it was not. It wasn’t until after paying that I realized our server had entered the single entree instead of the platter that I specifically pointed out on the menu. Overall, decent food, okay service.

   I was really looking forward to trying this spot, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We ordered a few appetizers and spent about $60, tipping generously with an additional $40. When we asked for extra pita to go with our hummus, we were surprised to be charged $3 for just four small pieces—which felt unreasonable given the overall bill. The atmosphere inside was extremely loud and chaotic, making it hard to have a conversation or relax. Because of the noise and how busy it was, the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. To top it off, valet parking was $20, adding even more to the cost of what was meant to be a casual evening out.

   We’ve been to Saaya a few times and it’s always a good vibe. The drinks are good, the hookah is good and the service is excellent.
