Very nice setting but very disappointing service and food. Over priced. Restaurant had very few customers on a Friday evening which should have been a clue. Location is amazing, it’s just a shame. I’m assume business is living off the chefs name and high rent location to stay in business. Could be the best location in Key West if service and food lived up to expectations, but not worth your visit… will not go back. With so many great restaurants in Key West so many better choices to be had.

Beautiful sky, lovely wait staff, creative cocktails--YES. Celebrity chef level of food? Ambiance? Meh. Oysters were sweet and crisp. Truffle fried plantains were tasty. Fried calamari was not.

This was very disappointing. The food was mediocre, the service was abysmal from the moment we arrived and waited over 10 minutes to be greeted at the door (there was only 1 party ahead of us), the 15 minutes we waited once we were seated to get water, the mistakes on what was brought to the table, to the mistakes (drastic overcharges that were incorrect) on the bill. And the ambiance inside the restaurant was institutional. I’m a KW local and will never go back. To many better options to waste a meal here.

Went for a Thanksgiving dinner. They had an $85 set menu. Called to ask if they could accommodate a vegan and pescatarian and they said absolutely. They served only a head of cauliflower to the vegan and charged the full price. Also, service was terrible. We were never checked on, they missed one of the courses, and they ended up over charging by almost $100 and we had to have them revise the check multiple times before they charged us the correct amount for our group of 4. Very disappointing overall. But the ambiance and view was otherwise great.

We had a wonderful lunch at Four Flamingos. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and I highly recommend the Swordfish Sandwich. Service was spot on and you can’t beat the view. Highly recommend.

The food was the best part of our dinner. The service was very slow, drinks to a long time and our meals took forever to arrive. The restaurant was mostly empty. They had a private party on the deck with very loud club music that made it very difficult to have a conversation.

This is an honest review; not a dig- but first, I do not recommend this place, it has gotten hype on this platform and I cannot understand why, but the name of this place is sadly represented and it was definitely a waste of a meal; money, and put a bad taste in my mouth about oysters. Which I will strongly urge you not to get. The presentation was, frozen with liquid nitrogen, the oysters froze, while on top was sprinkled a pink, pea sized; coconut cream, horseradish and ginger ball. It does not read so on the menu… Okay, so the concept is a bust, we appreciate the try- ceviche, classic but sloppily executed. The Prime Rib, which was the reason we went, was incredibly over seasoned on the outside, cooked well, but an unnecessary abundance of flowers on top- sides were lacking.. over all, thumbs down. Cavaletti was off putting- however, the complementary chips were done well. Service was good, but overall a pretty bad menu. Ambiance was weird. Sincerely, a chef that cares about good food when in new places.

We went to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. Our server Veli was awesome! He was very attentive. The food was incredible. We had the prime rib for 2 and it was the perfect size. The coffee rub was delicious. And the mashed potatoes were some of the best I have ever had. Only thing that would have made the night better was if Richard Blais had been there himself.

What an amazing experience. Food was absolutely delicious, prepared to perfection. The steak option is truly a winner, tasty, flavorful, and accompanied with some tempting sides. The service undertaken by Veli was professional and courteous, and he was so knowledgeable regarding menu items. It was obvious he takes enormous pride in his job. The swordfish was excellent! The ambiance is lacking inside, no nice decor and tables plain with no tablecloths. When you pay the prices for a nice restaurant they should deliver on all levels. Service was very good!

We were fooled by all the hype about this restaurant, it was a little disappointing for what you pay. The bartender and maitred we very friendly and accommodating , the waitress not so much. This is not one of Richard Blais’s finer restaurants.

Excellent food and service. Beautiful view, right on the water. Stuffed Avocado was a great start. Pineapple Kiwi margarita was refreshing and a perfect tropical drink to enjoy while watching the boats come and go. Loved the boat catch of the day and the key lime is not to be missed. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would recommend and would definitely return.

For a celebrity chef driven restaurant they are horribly undestaffed. The bartender had allll the tables for food and drink. Took forever. She did the best she could though.

Absolutely fantastic! We ordered cocktails, 3 appetizers and 3 entrees. The quality and taste on every item was superb. The signature Swordfish dish that I had completely knocked my socks off. Service was also spectacular and we chose to dine on none of the outside deck tables. Amazing sunset and ocean views as well. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Thank you to the whole staff, you all knocked it out of the park. From the time that we walked in until we left we felt welcomed. Miki was a fantastic server and she made everything seamless. The drinks we had were out of this world. We went with the prime rib for 2 , and it was delicious ( high value). We finished our dinner with the rum cake please give it a try when you’re there. In closing if your planning an evening dinner experience you will be extremely happy with four flamingos…

For the price, this is not a “celebrity chef” experience. The facility is a face-lifted legacy Hyatt restaurant and it shows disrepair and age. Food was OK, service OK but when you are charging $68 for a piece of swordfish, should be remarkable.

Such a beautiful restaurant with sunset views. My husband and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary there - we couldn’t have picked a better place. The food was outstanding and our server, Mark, was wonderful!

This restaurant has potential but needs to revisit service timing and responsibilities. Food and cocktails were unique and delicious. Our server was very friendly and helpful. However, timing was off. We were seated for 12 mins before anyone approached us. Another couple next to us was seated for at least 10 mins before leaving as no one ever approached their table. There were very long gaps between service and follow up because our server seemed to be the only one for all guest. Hopefully these timing issues will be worked out before high season or this place won’t last much longer.

5 star dining on the water! We live in Key West and we were excited to try it out, as there are not many great spots to eat in Key West with a water view. We have been to the former restaurant at this location and we are happy to report that the Four Flamingos exceeded our expectations. The food quality and presentation are top notch. The menu has different options for all types of tastes. Our server -Mark- was professional, friendly and attentive. You couldn’t ask for a better experience in such a beautiful setting

We enjoyed this very much. Loved the food and the service including the sunset. The scotch egg was so good. All of our dishes were prepared perfectly. Would return for sure.

Everything about the evening was excellent - Mikki our server, the food, the view, etc. Of course we‘ve eaten all of these menu items before but never in such creative ways!!! The gastro experimentation worked out wonderfully!!! Try the avocado, the tuna tartar and the swordfish. You will be blown away if you’re a foodie!!!
