   The restaurant was closed. They had closed down the week before we got to New Orleans.

   First and foremost, I’m a proud NOLA resident of 40 plus years. This was our 1st time at the French Quarter location. We normally dine at the Veterans or Elmwood locations but they couldn’t accommodate our party of 12. I was really displeased by the slow service and not so tasty food at the FQ location. I’m aware it’s only be open for 7 months but they need to do something ASAP to be able to compete with all of the wonderful service and delicious food that other FQ restaurants offer .

   This location has much work to do to catch up to the quality of service and attention to detail of the others. Quite disappointed by the experience.

   First time at Boulevard American Bistro it was tremendous. The food and drinks were excellent and our waiter Montrell was very professional. I know this is a newer restaurant in the quarter and we will be back.

   We have eaten here a few times and it has been very good, but yesterday lunch our food was sub par.

   This was my second time to eat at this restaurant. And it was even better this time around. I thought the kitchen had found a new level. Here's an example: The Double cut pork chop. It's actually about 4 inches thick. Has been marinated and cooked sous vide and then finished so that you can cut the whole pork chop with a regular dinner knife, not a steak knife. Tender, fabulous flavor and enough to feed two people. Delicious and tremendously interesting. It's served with a red cabbage slaw, sprinkled with got cheese. Such deep flavors that you want more. Service was excellent, and everything, down to the bread, was top notch

   My guest was looking for barbeque ribs in the French Quarter area which he knew New Orleans isn't known for, but was willing to take my recommendation. Guest came back very happy and stated I should send anyone looking for recommendation to Boulevard.

    Food was yummy! Asked for a bottle of sparkling rosé and after an hour, they brought out still rosé. And asked for unsweet tea and they brought out a tea with a homemade simple syrup which was thoughtful but I wanted zero sugar. Will go back but will hopefully drinks are brought out timely and accurately 🥂
