Welcome to Brighton- Destination Stars Hollow! The Reserve Steakhouse is a fine dining steakhouse known for its First Class Cocktails, Prime Steaks and Fresh Seafood. Our theme for this weekend is "Dinner at the Huntzbergers" The Reserve will be offering a special Pre-fixe 3 course dinner menu on Friday and Saturday for $80 plus tax and gratuity. You are also more than welcome to order off of our regular dinner menu. Special Brunch Menu will be offered on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm. This 3 course brunch menu will be $35 plus tax and gratuity, and you are also welcome to order off of our regular brunch menu! Gilmore Themed Cocktails available all weekend. No reservation required for Photo Op and Passport Stamping: Dinner at the Huntzbergers

Excellent onion soup and steak. Au Gratin potatoes were a perfect pairing with the steak.

The food was fantastic. My wife and I each had filet and I had lobster tail with it. Cooked perfectly! Our server, who was probably new, was very friendly but wasn’t as knowledgeable about the menu as she should have been. Also, empty plates were not cleared promptly.

exquisite in every way. Jayden an excellent server. Food was very tasty, especially the avocado toast.

Fantastic service!!! Delicious starters!! Carrots were outstanding, lobster cargo made your mouth water! Our steaks were over cooked, but our server was very accommodating, offering to remake or comp them. Everything else was perfect!

We were visiting a friend who lives in the area and didn’t know the restaurant before coming. Jayden was our server, and he gave us an excellent presentation of the menu with recommendations. He also selected cocktails and wine for us, which were all impeccable. The food was phenomenal, but Jayden really made the experience stand out. We will make the drive to come back because of it.

Ambience great food good. Arrived at 6:15 didn’t receive entree until 7:45. Either a waiter or kitchen screwup. Restraunt was only at 35% capacity. Mentioned to manager he did nothing to make it right.

Hi Patricia, I am happy to hear that your food tasted amazing but sad to hear you feel like it took to long to get the food to you. Looking at your experience, it looks like you had a few courses as well as drinks. We do put a pause in every course to ensure you don't get all food out at once and your experience is spaced out and pleasant. I apologize if that was not your expectation as we can certainly send everything out at once if you prefer to speed up your dining. This doesn't seem to be a screw up, however a miscommunication on expectations. I do apologize again and please feel free to give me a call to go over any other details to fix this going forward. We attended the wine tasting event. Very well done. Nice selection and tapas. Wines for sale at very reasonable price. Super organized.
