Más de tres horas esperando por aperitivos y comida. Éramos 6 personas y sirvieron los platos solo a 4 y otras dos personas esperaron 35 minutos más para poder comer. El lugar hermoso, pero deben mejorar bastante el tiempo de espera al servir la comida.

Lovely location with stunning mountain/countryside views. Nicely decorated and has a zen vive throughout. Was not too busy and we got a great table with a view. The food was disappointing though... Dishes had too much sugar or sweetness. We really wanted to love the food here because it is such a pretty place but we left a bit disappointed.. I hope they can work on this because the drive is almost 90 minutes from San Juan and you kind of want a good meal to justify the drive. Aim for simpler solid fare perhaps would be our advice.

Una gran decepción, a pesar del buen ambiente y la calidad de la comida. Visitamos el restaurante a las 4:20 p.m., y lamentablemente el servicio dejó mucho que desear. Los entremeses tardaron cerca de dos horas en llegar, y los platos principales se sirvieron aún más tarde. El último de ellos fue entregado alrededor de las 7:00 p.m., y no llegaron al mismo tiempo para todos los comensales, lo que afectó la experiencia de compartir la comida en grupo. Durante la espera, solicitamos en varias ocasiones el estatus de la orden, pero la mesera solo decía que verificaría y no regresaba con respuesta alguna. En una ocasión, la gerente se acercó a nuestra mesa y primero atribuyó el retraso a un fallo en la impresora de órdenes; sin embargo, más tarde regresó con otra explicación distinta, mencionando que la cocina estaba sobrecargada, lo que generó aún más confusión e inconsistencia en la comunicación. Como si fuera poco, al solicitar azúcar para el café, ni la mesera ni la gerente regresaron con lo pedido. Uno de los miembros de nuestro grupo tuvo que levantarse y buscarla por su cuenta. Otro detalle que llamó la atención fue que, en lugar de servir el agua, simplemente dejaron la botella en la mesa y se retiraron. Es una lástima, porque el ambiente del lugar y la calidad de la comida fueron excelentes. Sin embargo, el servicio es un componente esencial de la experiencia, especialmente cuando se paga por ella. La falta de organización y atención al cliente opacó por completo lo positivo. Difícilmente consideraríamos volver, ya que la mediocridad en el servicio no invita a repetir la visita.

El servicio no fue el mejor. El muchacho que nos atendió estaba como perdido y no fue atento para nada. La comida estuvo bastante buena pero tuvimos que devolver un plato ya que la textura del pollo estaba terrible (como babosa/gomosa) e igual nos cobraron el plato que se devolvió completo porque no se pudo comer de lo malo que estaba. El ambiente como tal estuvo bonito y el resto de comida bueno.

Extraordinary venue for a wonderful family gathering! Ambiance, food, drinks and service were above average. Getting there was somewhat difficult. But it was better on our way back to San Juan. We took the route Aibonito-Cayey to return. We will definitely go back!
