Privēe Restaurant + Lounge aims to provide exceptional customer service to the communities we serve through a selection of choice fine dining and lounge experiences. We are missioned to serve by delivering an elite location featuring a beautiful atmosphere unknown to the Kansas City area. Our Executive Chef, Jon Wilson who is a native from Grenada and completed his culinary education at International Culinary Center- one of the nation’s most prestigious institutions. Chef Jon has curated our menu of delicious steak and seafood options which represent a combination of his native background, education, international training and experiences leading 5 Star restaurants in Europe, New York City, and South Florida.

The place was closed. I drove there from Leavenworth, KS. I did not get a notice of it not being open on 7/27/2024.

What a horrible experience. I made a reservation for my wife and my 22nd anniversary at the beginning of July. On Friday, July 26th, I received a confirmation of the reservation. Imagine our surprise when we pull up the next day to find a completely empty parking lot. We get on the internet to discover that the restaurant is "temporarily closed". No sign on the door explaining the problem. No attempt made to notify people holding reservations as to the fact that the restaurant is closed. We quickly scrambled and found a wonderful place that could fit us in. The best part of all of this is that the next morning I received an e-mail "from" the restaurant thanking me for dining there and wanting my feedback. Based on this experience, we will never even attempt to go there again.

We made reservations, got to the restaurant, and they were completely closed down. There was an envelope with someone’s name on it as though they had been served. We were really looking forward to dining here and everything said they were open but they weren’t.

We got there and the place was closed. We didn’t get any notice or anything and this reservation was supposed to be for my sister’s birthday and she flew in town. We were very disappointed.

I made a birthday reservation (7/12) and the restaurant was closed. Checked the restaurant site and it showed "open but it wasn't open. I had to find a last minute restaurant to celebrate myself and my nieces birthday.

I took my parents for Father’s Day brunch and both of my parents enjoyed their meals. My dad can picky at times and he absolutely loved his steak, potatoes and eggs! He’s already asking about going back for dinner! The service and dj were excellent as well! We had a really great experience!

Horrible experience. Entry way had tall weeds & patio furniture stacked haphazardly. Refused to seat me in virtually empty restaurant until my date arrived. Sat in uncomfortable bar stool & ordered Cabernet of which only had one choice. Asked several times to be seated at table. Round kid at reception refused even after I told him would leave, he just shrugged!

this was the 2nd time I have been there and both times the customer service was poor and attitudes were poor. both times I went, my coattail glass was dirty so I sent I back requesting a different cup, both times the employee tried to argue it wasn't when it was clearly red lip sick stains on the cup both times. Food is great, customer service isn't. I felt like I wasn't wanted there at all so I wont be back. every time I tried to talk wit someone they seemed nervous or like they didn't want to talk.
