My wife’s filet was a bit more done than she would have liked (Medium vs Medium Rare. Not awfully so but not to her expectation. Excellent salad bar, chicken, service & ambience. Thanks.

We try our best to be 100% accurate on our steaks, but we do sometimes miss (as much as I don't want that to happen). We had a lovely dinner at Fleming Mountain Grill for my birthday. The food was excellent as was the service! They happened to have some live music that night, one guy with a guitar, which added to the ambience. The complimentary parfait for my birthday was delicious!

They were extremely busy on Saturday, June 14. This was the first time we were disappointed with our steaks. They were overcooked (asked for both to be medium rare). They were at least medium if not more. They didn’t taste as seasoned as they normally are However, everything else was delicious!!!! We will come back again, but probably on a week night. Faith was a very good waitress even though she was very busy.
