That’s why our menu is much more than a traditional steakhouse: terrific cuts, of course, complimented by locally caught seafood, sides fresh from the farmers market, and award-winning wine from across the globe.                   Obviously, accidentally the server spilled an entire glass of red wine on my wife hitting her directly and completely. The server did apologize but never did a manger or anyone else come over and apologize or offer any concession even if it were only a free round of cocktails. My wife had to leave to go to the room to soak her clothes and change before Retuning.

                  Our server was amazing. The hostess, made my father’s birthday so very special. We had a chance to meet the sous-chef who came to the table. We will definitely be back!

                  What a delightful meal! Everyone was so hospitable and kind. The food was so delicious. We wanted to eat everything on the menu! Very reasonably priced for such an elevated meal. Thank you for making my dad’s birthday one to remember!

                  Food was ok, service was very unimpressive with no drink menu being given and servers unsure of what was available to drink. Buffet was fine though the turning of the food was slow leaving dry and inedible options available. The fingerprint on every slice of cake was very disappointing. It seemed to be and attempt at a high quality out of the league of the staff and management. The chefs knew what they were doing though front of house did not.

                  Mother's Day Brunch was delicious! My 85 year old Mom ate two full plates AND dessert so we were thrilled since she has become a very picky eater. Wait staff was attentive and made sure we were well looked after. The buffet had a huge variety of foods - from avocado toast to tea sandwiches to scrambled eggs. The carving station was a bonus and the prime rib was cooked to perfection. Thanks Birch and Bloom!

                  Beautifully designed, hotel restaurant with a lovely atrium. The restaurant was decorated abundantly with fresh flowers for Mother's Day. The food and service were adequate.
