“Mi Vida” translates to “My Life.” However, in Mexico, “Mi Vida” means much more. “Mi Vida” is a term of endearment bestowed on close family and friends to signify love, care and importance. When one says, “Mi Vida,” they are telling someone special how much they mean to them. MI VIDA describes how we feel about our team and our guests. It is our expression of Mexican culture and cuisine as interpreted through the lens of Chef Roberto Santibañez. Our menu is rooted in the history and culinary tradition of Mexico while exploring the ever-changing boundaries of this vibrant and evolving cuisine.

Five of us had dinner and each person found something to their liking on the varied and creative menu. Focused service by everyone and the food was well-seasoned and tasty. One person said the shrimp tacos were top-rate and I enjoyed my burger with a Mexican twist. My wife really enjoyed to enchiladas rancheras, with just a slight bit of heat.

The food, drinks and service were excellent as usual. As we have written before the music is way too loud with a really heavy beat to carry on normal conversation. As we have also written regularly, the hallway to the bathrooms is much too dark and dangerous with very limited light and the dip in the floor. The hallway needs more light.

It was freezing! Unusually cold. The weather was cold for a mid-June day, so we were surprised when we walked into the restaurant and found it was even colder! It made our food cold faster. By the time I finished my entree it was cold.

Very slow staff, they didn’t want to fix an issue with a drink order that took half a hour, they marked me as a no-show which caused issues with OpenTable that I had to fix. Save your money and go else where.

Our server was excellent. As soon as we were seated, she came over to ask us what type of water and returned immediately with water and to take our drink orders. Our kids were starving the and the guacamole came quickly and was delicious. The chicken tacos were really good but too spicy for our daughter but there was plenty of other food for her. Our server heard it was our daughter's birthday and our son had graduated so she brought each kid desert which they loved. Everyone was very friendly, and we'll definitely be back.
