Food is always delicious! Brandon our waiter was excellent! He encouraged me to get the carbonara. Wow! Lasagna, which is superb, was always my go to. Now I'll have to make a decision:)

This is our 2nd time eating here, and we were just as impressed with the food, service, and ambience as the first visit two years ago. The food is very high quality Italian with wonderful flavor combinations and delicious daily specials! We highly recommend Portofino's!

The shrimp bisque was fantastic. Almost as good as the mushroom soup. ;-) The alfredo was delicious and the pistachio cream cake for dessert was excellent. Joe was great on an obviously very busy night.

Food was very good overall. Was a little supresed by all the upcharges for items, would rather raise prices. For example comes with a salad on dinners but $6 more for Caesar salad. Want pasta instead of potatoes on your meal its an upcharge, and remind you this is an Italian restaurant.

Appreciate your comments on our Quality / that is our not negotiable goal together with authenticity.All the prices for 'changes' are clearly mentioned in our menu. Each entree comes with free house salad or free cup of soup. 6 $ for a caesar salad is really very little if you want that: we will toss and prepare just for you. And when you ask for pasta instead of mashed potatoes, we have to prepare for you a separated sauteed pasta / we do not keep 'warm pasta' ready to serve, quality would not be acceptable. There are many dishes that come with pasta of course / not all of them. All in all, we treasure quality and our cost is overall very reasonable for the quality we serve.
