This is my go to choice for business dinners in Vegas. Fantastic staff, very accommodating, quiet and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic food and great prices.

Unfortunately, the fire alarms were going off for almost the entirety of our dining experience last night (50+ minutes). Hate to say but it kind of ruined an otherwise enjoyable experience. I understand it is out of the control of the restaurant, but it really made for an unpleasant experience. However, I did appreciate the restaurant staff’s gesture of passing out earplugs.

The food was amazing and the service was spot on as always. Everything was great until the fire alarm went off and remained alarming for atleast 45 minutes while they handed out ear plugs to staff and customers. They then continued about the normal business and acted as if there wasn’t any issues. While understanding some things might be outside their control, there was no apology for the inconvenience or any acknowledgment that people had little options but to sit there and hope the alarm stopped or just leave and pay for a dinner they couldn’t eat. Hopefully something is done about the alarm system as we were told this has happened a couple times the last few weeks.

We came last year and had a great experience, this time it was mediocre. Which was the same experience I had at the RPM Seafood- Chicago last month. Overall, started out great but not worth the price or hype at this point. We had the Caesar salad, spicy lobster spaghetti and regular spaghetti and meatballs. The Caesar salad was very earthy and had almost a dirt taste which is not something we have experienced with this salad in the past. Cellar temp is too cold for a full bodied Cabernet or Merlot, and should be adjusted by sommelier. I have had this conversation with multiple wine friends and we all agree these should be served room temperature. Staff were great! We had the best service ever just not the best food.
